How much would they sting me to power coating them black ? I'll lower the potencial value of the rims by power coating them though wouldn't I ? Because I may down the track sell them and get half what they are worth.. I don't mind the way it sits at the moment but black rims would look pretty sweet.

Not sure yet Justin, leaving my options open.. Wouldn't mind toying with the idea of black rims though.. Anything you would suggest ? Similar to these I was thinking..

This would be it I recon, it's very tidy.. It took me a while to find one as clean and well modded as this one ! So I'm pretty happy with it Not entirely sure where to take the look of it, I do have my eyes on a set of 19 x 9.5 + 19 x 10.5 rears in a matte black set of rims but I don't mind the simple but aggressive look it has already but wouldn't mind a change.

VOLK RACING CE28N SET OF 4 + TYRES I have for sale a near immaculate set of CE28N rims in TITANIUM SILVER that are currently fitted to my R32 GTR. Forged mono block lightweight wheels, 10 spoke, 5 stud, believe the offset is approx +22. The VOLK Racing CE28N design is one of the lightest wheels available, yet strong and durable. These rims and genuine and look fantastic on my GTR, gives it a real race spec look. They are 17 x 9 all round and are fitted with 255 tyres also all round with at lease 90% tread. The rims have no gutter rash or marks, almost like new. The only slight marking is in the wheel nut holes when rims have been removed and fitted over time. The VOLK RACING stickers are also starting to come off, its and easy fix as you can just buy a new set of stickers if its a problem. NOTE: Doesn't come with the Potenza tyres fitted in the pictures, but another set of good quality tyres. Willing to freight at buyers expense AUSTRALIA WIDE. I'll deferentially have it on the dyno before I run it at the drags Justin, hoping to get in to Nick in the next couple of weeks. Cold start tune needs attention / tune as well. I'm looking forward to giving it ago that's for sure

Ha !! True that.. Hopefully I don't have any breakages though.. Prepped being dyno tune up, right tyres, fluid change / service etc .. Its ok to just line up and drive, but I'd prefer to have that piece of mind

That would have been me, dam those noisy race pads It's got CE28N's on it in the titanium silver which look a lot like enkei's. I've only had in here for about 8wks, brought it from Melbourne. Spot on with the respray, was done in a custom mix red wine (slightly lighter then the original GTR red wine) with a gold pearl.

As title says, I'm looking for some VOLK center caps in case someone has a set sitting around collecting dust to suit my VOLK RACING CE28N RIMS - 17" Titanium Silver. I would prefer the time attack style but the cf grey with gold VOLK would be ok too. Cheers Located in Hobart but willing to cover postage cost

It was resprayed a metallic factory color wine red but with lots of pearl and the engine bay was sprayed a stark white, maybe to show off the engine or to show up leaks and issues a lot easier, either way you always get asked the question when popping the bonnet "did it use to be white". The only place you can still see the original color is the rear strut towers. This chap worked at Nissan in Japan and so had access to many new parts for the GTR and is why you?ll find a lot of the seals and small plastic parts are like new as well as a lot of engine bay components. Basically from there he dropped in the new motor and turbos with most of the listed supporting mods, the only mods added in Australia were the injectors, adjustable cam gears and the boost gauge. A bloke well known in the NDSOC (Nissan Datsun Sports Owner Club) association imported it for himself in 2005. Well there's the run down !!

yeah it was, wont be ready for a month, havent advertised it for obvious reasons, when it is for sale doubt it will last long, wont be asking a hell on earth price simply because im moving on to my next project, and im only after a little more close to what i originally paid for it- add in new mint cond gtr seats and wheel, cant be bothered with all the details, as i said look up the old thread when i bought it off GTR001. Damo You'll have no trouble getting her a new home I can assure you, its one hell of a car and looks the goods too Has she still got the same rims on it I sold it to you with ? And did you end up putting a new box in it ?

Damo, that terrible news ! I hope your doing ok. I didn't hear anything of it until just reading this post. You can replace / repair the car, but not your life so your so bloody lucky ! You'll have to give me a call once your 100% and let me know what happened. How bad did she end up ? Please don't post pictures as i'll probably start the tears Keep in touch Tenille
