For those that wish to get coil overs but can't till after the deadline - just get an engineers report created for them (even though you dont actually have them) before the legislation is effective. I am sure someone who knows someone can help you out And then again all of this is a bunch of hot air - we are not supposed to have sports air filters on our cars but I can assure you that almost every skyline has one. As long as your car is not rediculously low and blows sparks over every bump and you dont drive like hoon I am sure you won't have a problem.

I see a dark blue 2 dr R32 everyday at about 7.30am in regents park heading to god only knows. I cant remember seeing a red roll cage but I do remember seeing a large front mount which could mean he is running lots of boost. It wasn't a gtr though.

+1 on the civic too. I had a red vti EG civic 2dr hatch, cost me 4.5k. Threw in a 1.8 litre twin cam B18C in it for 3.5k with bigger brakes. It was the fasted naturally asperated car (other than a V8) that I have driven. Quicker than the type r's!

I would also pop in for this. The coastie cruise is too far to travel on a weekday.

I second this. I took a V35 350GT for spin (6 spd manual) and loved it. In fact It is going to be my next car. It was going to cost me 24k though but its worth it. If you get one in white, put some nice rims on and carbon lips - hawt!

Just a thought, why can't you buy a Turbo version for lets say 10k, maybe even less and remove the turbo? Can you just update the regustration to not having a turbo? Maybe you wont need an engineers certificate for loss of power... I'm not sure on any of these specifics but just thought I would throw the idea in the air.

my attempt of adding humor while also saying that I am not sure of the quality the fuel is. Would hate it if 100 people fill up only to find its rubbish fuel and then totally slam me on this post. I'm sure it would sound like this: "Gee thanks pal, i didn't make it out of the servo" or "You owe me $3000 on an engine rebuild" etc.

Budget Petrol (mobil fuels): Windsor Road, Northmead I was filling my old ute up with petrol a couple of days ago and i noticed a purple pump called 'GFR 100R (or similar)'. I enquired at the counter what it was and he said its Mobil 98 octane added with 10% ethanol. Spread the word!* *I take no responsibility if it turns out to be crap fuel as I have not had the chance to use this myself.

Well i suppose I should put the word out then: The last 100 point octane fuel left in NSW Budget Petrol (Mobil Fuels) Windsor Road, Northmead, Sydney.

I beleive the price was $1.50 per litre. Reg was at $1.20 Vpower was 100 octane but did it have ethanol?

This morning I filled my ol crappy ute at budget petrol on windsor road and I noticed a purple pump that said GFR 100R. I may have gotten the GFR wrong, but its a 100 octane mobil fuel. I asked the guy inside and he said its normal 98 octane mobil fuel with 10% ethanol added. I asked if it was good for turbos and he said it was made for it. Anyone here used this before?
