A personal trainer is good but most of them have no clue what so ever. And you don't need one when you've got the internet and experienced members in your gym who can help you. Bodybuilding.com is the best site, i suggest everyone check out their forums if you haven't. Best information and biggest body building community with millions of members.

Yeah, my gym is packed on monday around 4-5pm. On other days there's hardly anyone there. Im only 16 though, its my 2nd month of gym.

Dymatize Elite wont work for me since i need high carbs. I go to Craigeburn gym, its ugly. I checked out fitness arena yesterday and it was the best gym i've ever been in. Good equipment and trainers, boxing, lectures etc. I know theres a 5 star gym in thomastown, where you live am i right?

To be honest... i cant stand white on a skyline, its so... white? the orange looks nice aswell, but as the previous owner said you would get over it quick. go with silver or black.

Don't really like playing shooters on consoles, shooters are only good on PC in my opinion. I like adventure games more on consoles, God of War is strategic, has a very good story line and has three parts to it, so you know there is really a good audience behind the game. My favorite console game by far. But always try out a game before you buy it to see if you like it or not.
