  2. Hi all i have a bunch of 4ft fluro lights. perfect for sheds, garages etc etc all lights have 2 tubes, work perfectly, have difusers and 1.5m 3 pin plug and cable. $20 each or $15 if u want 11 or more. pick up from Farrer, ACT. call or msg to arrange how many and when you'd like to pick them up. i can potentially arrange delivery (ACT/Queanbeyan only), but you'll need to be buying more than 10 and there'll need to be beers involved Cheers Greg
  3. getting a bit too much effort i'll just pull all the bits out i dont want/need and sort gauges and other stuff later - future greg's problem
  4. ^^^ but nothing for factory ecu - has to be FCON ??
  5. there is nothing in there at the moment - no housings, nothing... just 2 holes pm'ing now
  6. also, while i have your attention... where can i get some fog lights for my front bar - same as yours Big Kev - or some blanking plates
  7. how do i show gauges on the screen? that would be geat ! the only reason i want to remove the screen is because the resolution isn't exactly awesome and the TV unit i have is better. plus, i dont really want to go adding heaps of extra bits of kit to make the jap stuff work. id rather just pull it all out and put in new stuff that works for our stereo bandwidth and TV networks. am definitely keen to keep the factory look happening as i dont like things all over the place, which is why i was going to massage some gauges into the gap left by the factory screen. the reason im using a single din DVD and single din TV is because i bought them ages ago and still have them - so figure i might as well put them to good use... i need to check if the have the inputs i want again, if not, i'll up grade to something else, but my over all aim to have a functioning TV, DVD and some gauges.
  8. hi guys im looking at redoing the stereo in my M35 250t.. ive got the single din CD player + tripple gauges and i am thinking of gutting it all, along with the TV and buttons/controls for the screen What id like to do, is put a single din DVD head unit + single din tv (7in pop out) where the factory CD player and gauges are. Then, remove the screen and controls and make a plate or "something" to sit 3 after market gauges on, so they're recessed into the consol. Then remove the Jap navigation CD thingy in front of the passenger Then remove the TV tuner in the back and look at making a sub enclosure in the side/s soo.... what problems will i have?
  9. nice work bloke... looks good.
  10. when im used to 10's in the suby and 9's in my old 180, 12.6 + an 80l tank = holy shlt at the petrol station but, its a great sleeper, so i dont care
  11. i've got an M35 RS and get (according to the computer) 12.6l/100km around town... so approx 550-600km per 70 ish litres. for this reason, it lives in the driveway and unless my wife and i need to go separate places, we just use the wrx wagon as it gets an easy 10l/100km around town and about 8 on the highway.... totally different cars tho, so cant really compare, but because of the fuel issue we drive the wrx more.
  12. holy crap, so many replies... thanks guys, i have got one sorted. cheers Greg
