  1. Hey FoxV35, I think after you click on the link, remove the "X" at the end of the URL and reload the page. I think he's accidently added an X to the end of the URL. I am also interested in the Grounding Kit, so I'm just a tentative atm. Thanks for Organising mate.
  2. Nice!! I didn't even know who the Hot4's photographer was? It's a good little bit of exposure for the V35's.
  3. Apologies guys for not getting pics of all the cars. There were so many and so much socialising to do that night! I tried to get as much detail as possible and I probably did get most cars, but I thought some of the pics didn't turn out too well so I didn't post them up. It's hard with all the poles in the carpark and the lighting. I'll get some good photos at the next meet/cruise!!
  4. Hi all, I have finally got around to putting some of the photos up. I have placed them into this album as it was the easiest way for me to get them up. http://cid-c29301da78538c2a.skydrive.live....rpark?ct=photos Please enjoy! Sorry for the lack of quality, as I'm still very much an amateur at photography. I haven't edited the photos and they are of original size/quality for you guys to download. Please let me know if you wish to have any license plates blanked out etc. Special thanks to Jonny for lending me his SD card for the night. That was very embarrassing. Enjoy! PS. If you wish to leave a comment on the album, please feel free to do so.
  5. Hey all, Was a very good meet up and fantastic to have met you all, can finally put some faces to the names. I couldn't believe how fast time went, before you knew it, it was 2hrs. Some very nice rides you guys have. A Cruise sounds like a good idea and as Blistic said, day or night doesn't matter. Andrew.
  6. Thanks for the contact MJay. This probably sums up your last comment... Sethaiyaar, sorry to hear you won't be able to make it. Operation on your back? Sounds pretty serious, hope you're recovering well mate.
  7. Hey Guys, Can someone please PM me a number to call on the night, just in case I can't find anyone etc? Hoping this won't be the case, but I don't know Fox Studio's very well, hardly ever go there.
  8. Looks like you guys had a great time. Congratulations on such a successful cruise day. Also had great weather to boot! Great photos of some great rides.
  9. I'm not too fussed either way. At the moment, I should be able to come out. Just as long as the final decision is posted by next Friday so i know where to go. Cheers.
  10. I preferred the spoiler on this model to the previous models, on my previous 2005 model, I didn't want the spoiler. The one from the 2006 or late 2005 onwards was a little more subtle, which is what I preferred, personal choice of course no offense intended toward anyone with the previous spoiler. Awesome that both you and your dad both own V's, my dad think it's a bit to "swish" for himself . I did notice a 4 door V passing us, silver? I can't remember, but that's the first colour that comes to my memory. That was really bad traffic eh? I ended up taking the Bewrora Waters exit and then rejoining the Freeway further down.
  11. Oh damn, sorry about that. I never noticed the price, as I said, I was browsing through that website very quickly whilst at work... F3, that the Sydney Newcastle Freeway? If so, quite possibly, was out at the Hunter Valley for the day with the folks. I did notice another V35 there, I think it was around when there was a lot of traffic on the way back into Sydney?
  12. Hey mjay, Have you had a look at Big O Tyres? This is unless you are after original's like Volks etc. Big O mainly does replica's, I bought a set of Lenso rims from them which were replica Volk GTC's for a my old Corolla a number of years back. Great place to go if you're on a budget, they're kinda like Tempe Tyres. After a brief look through their website, the closest I could find to what you were after were these... http://bigotyres.com.au/showcase/index.php...products_id=314 Good luck.
  13. Welcome on board. You picked up a really nice Ride, 13,000klms!! Near New!
  14. Very Nice!! Photos look very professional too, almost like an Advert for the car.
  15. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the 06 Model's have 221Kw as opposed to the 206kw's of earlier models. Same time as when the Z's were advertised with the Bulged hood, more kw's.
  16. Might be worth keeping if you like to go to Track Days? Although, yes, you'll have to lug them to the track, but it may be worthwhile saving the tyres you just bought.
  17. The shine on that is absolutely awesome Ogz. Now I want to get mine done too! They did a pretty damned good job. I can't wait to see your ride at the meet.
  18. FoxV35, will do! I don't go often, that was the first time! That road through the National Park was such a nice drive. Apparently a lot of motor cycles go through there and there are a number of them that come off their bikes due to them pushing to hard around the corners. Ogz, the RNP is south of Sydney, it's on the Alternate (scenic) route to Wollongong. You can locate it by looking for Loftus in Whereis.com.au or Google maps. One of the entrances to the RNP is off Princes Hwy, called Farnell Avenue. If you plan to stop in there, you have to pay at the front gate, but if you're just passing through, then it's free.
  19. haha... No, not from going backwards, but stones coming off your front wheels. Especially since that part is flared out, it makes it easier for the stones to hit after the front wheels have flicked the stones up from the road. It's kind of like how it's usually your rear tyres that get punctures from nails and screws, the front tyres flick them up and your rear tyres go straight over them. But yes, I agree, the protectors don't look so good once they've got trapped dirt etc. and probably worse on a white car as they will probably turn that yellowish colour after a while, making them more noticeable.
  20. Ogz, I'm pretty sure it's a sticker (as told by the importer). They put it there because the car tends to get stone chips in that location. Pretty sure it's on most of our vehicles (from factory). Andrew.
  21. Thanks Ogz, I will definitely try to make it!
  22. Thanks FoxV35, Yeah, a few mates and myself decided to drive down to the Grand Pacific Drive as none of us had seen the Bridge before. We drove through the Royal National Park to get there, was a fantastic drive. How'd you guess? The first two photos were from a quick stop in the RNP and the third photo was on the South side of the bridge.
  23. A few pics of my car. (Not the best quality as these photos were taken from Facebook)
  24. Hey Thanks Ogz. I will definitely try to make the 16th, wife permitting of course... would be great to meet all of you. Going to post up some photos in the Photo section. Andrew. PS. If anyone's in the Sydney CBD, head to Martin Place, RBS have set up a Formula 1 simulator with a competition for the fastest lap.
