Yeah originally we had a crazy long exposure because, to be honest, i'd only JUST figured out how to set it. We started off with photos that looked like the day time. But the one i posted had the kind of affect i wanted, the moon really wasnt that bright at the time Though we tried to get rid of the extreme glow, it'd either be too bright or too dark. I was trying to do something like this guy has. Yeah but he said its still better than yours Fact is, i loved the WRXs back when they were imprezas and i want my next car to be a four door but still good looking. Skyline was my bfs first pic anyway. My other choice when i got the line was an S15 type R. but theyre smaller,less powerful and at the time were more expensive

View from balcony at the place i stayed in cairns. Its blurry cos i didnt have a tripod...just the floor. Me and my bf took about 10 with diff exposures etc And a photo from the main event in cairns. Hey more great photos guys!!! Firstly, Zennon, what breed is that cat? Looks like a smaller, slightly less fluffy version of my late cat, Zeus, he was a russian blue adorable breeds!!! And again zennon, those creek/waterfall shots are awesome! Are they near your house? Youre lucky. GoldZilla, cool graffiti shots, was the first pic supposed to be blurry? It'd look cooler if it wasnt I dont think Sidd needs me to tell him his photos are cool!!! And i like all of the colours that Sl!m has captured in his graffiti shots!!! Nice and vibrant!!! I might have some pics to post up soon, ive been on 3 weeks holidays in melb, cairns and brissy. Only got back friday and havent even had the chance to look at the photos yet, ive been so busy. But ill check them out when i can and see if i have any good enough to post up

Aw bad luck mate! And most the time this stuff takes ages to fix and regular visiting of shops and calling around for quotes etc. As for throwing beverages inside a car, someone through a bottle or something at my bfs car (when he had a camry) so he chased them, pulled up beside and i threw a maccas medium coke right through the drivers seat they started it. The worst VANDALISM ive seen so far was someone from my neighbourhood debadging the bfs skyline while he was at my house...jerks. ( i dont even live in what id consider a bad neighbour, but theres always bad apples)

So are those pics (wsntm3) of a dust storm at olympic dam? I work at Boddington gold mine, no major dust storms. Though i lived in kalgoorlie for a year near a horse racing track and sometimes the storms would whip up big dust storms off of that. And sidd, i like 5 and 7 best of those track pics. Xmetal, i like the pic you took of the yellow car, i think the other one is a little too dark. Whoever took the fireplace shot, that is my current work wallpaper

Wheres this thread. As for the static speed camera, i know that in Canberra there are tonnes of these things. People know where all of the speed cameras are and thus should never get done for speeding (except for hand helds). I dont think static speed cameras like this one would be that bad, as long as you know where they are, you shouldnt get done.

mine just stopped working and i cant work out why I really hate this, especially when youre going down the freeway and ESPECIALLY when its raining. merges are just overall shite here. i saw someone get to a merge on leach hwy the other night, and they braked...there werent even any cars around them...(i was behind) but yeah crazy people in over sized cars that werent even built for the city eff off.

Topic has kind of diagressed But i did want to say I have that whistler pro (same as brendan) and its done a fat lot of good for me. Great with K band, sucks with Ka band. I have to be ON the multanova before it starts beeping. So whats the point in really having one? Or is it the position thats screwing it up? Or are they all like this.

Anyway i heard theres a new WoW xpac coming out where all of the worlds are completely reorganised, some kind of post apocalyptic thing? My main char was a level 80 undead lock (PASSIVE), she was kick ass for awhile (at 70) but when they bought out the new xpac (WOTLK) i wasnt playing because of uni. I played over summer before i started my job but because of DK my lock was just shite. DK could do everything and anything. It was lame I started my new job and stopped playing WoW because i didnt have the time anymore... My server was Windrunner! I was in a guild called Novus Orsa, one of the top guilds in the server. Ally outnumbered horde about 2 to 1 i think. I had a few minor chars, a BE DK - Nequam. I had a 30 something tauren druid (male) called Interitus. The games fun, but can be addictive and some people were SO competitive and took it ridiculously serious. FOR THE HORDE

Lol ta, I don't pretend to be a pro, so i like the advice/tips/hints/facts etc I'm only just starting to learn how to use my camera. Its more for personal use, holidays etc, not really pro photos but having said that, its fun to screw around and see what kind of photos you can get

Trippy. At Boddington there is so much mist in the mornings if you drove along the road through the middle of the two pits you wouldnt know there was a huge open cut mine either side.

I've never even done a burnout in my car lol, but im probably more cautious than guys like that Although he did something freakin stupid, you probably SHOULD cover the plates because people have lost their cars over video footage and such posted on the internet - when cops get wind of it. hes not a sauwa member is he? Hopefully he's learnt his lesson...

Ok i know what camera i have canon 450D bought some new filters on the weekend, a UV filter and a circular PL. Tested them out on the cruise yesterday but i dont have the photos so cant comment on the effects.

Yeah i realise i was talking about lenses then talked about filters. I know theres a difference, it was just a tired moment. and i cant remember what camera i have, its a canon, but i work on a mine, live at the mine and the cameras at home.

Ah okies. Yeah. good shots. Cool a LOT of people have the SLR cameras (on the cruises and such) but yeah, everybody appreciates new artistic shots of their cars
