  1. 100mm is pretty huge!! NOOOO, just went looking for laughs yeah i know, my old man used to own one..talks about how it happily did 200km/h...sounds scary to me.
  2. found this while Googling "mexican R33".........not sure of the relevance, but its a pretty sick OPEL comondoor
  3. agreed...esp considering you pay more on top of that again for full "comprehensive"
  4. did as you said, found as you did. best i found was 245 shipped. either way real cheap for a massive amount of fun ima go play some Dirt2
  5. glad they got you off the road...man that could have been dangerous??
  6. stupid and simple..........but for some reason it didnt even occur to me till these guys started talking might give that a go on the weekend.
  7. link, found a few with many bids still rolling, and cheapest i found shipped was 245. i would assume a new one would be a while off yet, they tend to make them last for a while.
  8. so maybe i should swap mine our seeing as theyve been in there for 40k+??? will be very intrigued as to how they look im prob out for tomorrow night, prob heading out to a friends place in woodford straight after work (i'll be at mt Mee anyways) and a good excuse for a mountain run!
  9. all good, im sure we can sort it out, thanks for looking ....and yes this weather is balls....soo sick of it. i dont think ive had a complete fortnight of work all year yet
  10. catback zorst is on, very quiet maybe too quiet. sounds nice inside. and no drone at any speed. happy laps was good, even had my brothers old '56 beetle out there ....till it spat the oil filler cap..lol.
  11. cheers man, i heard you saying something like that the other day about the voltage drop. i can fix pretty much anything mechanical...but am entirely useless when it comes to electrics. So i really wouldnt know where to start. could prob find the right wires, but as for testing...thats where i get lost. yellow jackets might be the go, my old coils have done 40k with the tape job done and that lasted a while (might even have another look)
  12. After fitting the exhaust my coilpack misfire (or so i assume) seems worse. (although it only happened on track...not after i left lakeside) there are plenty of threads on coilpacks etc on the forums, but i thought id come ask you guys personally. ive done the tape and silicone thing about 40k ago, and has lasted well since then. but now its time to replace. so my question is......(drum roll) are yellow jackets, or the red coilpacks any good? or should i just go for the splitfires for a whole lot more folding cash? i wanna stay with standard location and fitment for the sake of keeping it neat underneath with minimal hassle (yeah i'm a bit slack at times)
  13. first person i know who has changed their car color to white , but i love it...esp with the black wheels and polished lips............but then i could be a bit biased
  14. love it....is it the same car??
  15. Pic I took today
  16. what is airbrushed on that?? looks like cobwebs. and needs bigger wheels, otherwise nice and shiney!
  17. I feel ya...getting so sick of this weather.......freaking showers
  18. good to see you guys got the joke but Rhino has it correctly, its my new/old HKS exhaust! so i wont be rolling around in complete silence tomorrow
  19. Dam, wish i'd thought of that...i finished at 10:30 this morning Gave me time to get my priest fitted.......
  20. yeah man, it cost me $350. its an old HKS Priest......which as it turns out is a 3.5inch system (found this out after buying a 3inch gasket for the center join), but has 2 mufflers and a resonator in it, the guy i got it off showed me a vid clip he took of his GTR before removing it, sounds good thinking of just getting one of the 3 inch catco or Xforce cats from JJR to complete it. should be more than enough flow for my car as it is atm.
  21. yeah kinda does, but now requires more pages. thanks man!
