My stock OEM grill is for sale including Nissan badge as I have upgraded to one of the new gialla grills from the states. OEM grill is perfect except for one broken clip on the bottom which I broke when taking out, but should not make any difference when fitting as there are 3 other clips. One of the pictures below shows the broken clip. $100 and willing to ship at buyers expense. Located in Sydney.

What Tyres To Purchase
lankanrascal1 replied to johnr's topic in V Series (V35, V36, V37 & Infiniti)
I just bought some new Falken 452's from Tempe at $180 a tyre (18 inch), could not be more happier! Very quiet and very comfortable and car holds well in the wet and dry:) -
As much as I thought, apart from it looking ugly the whole other issues of stability and everything else coming into play as well. Thanks for the feedback! The hunt goes on for some Work wheels!
-
Hey guys, I have done my research and just wanted some feedback. Both of these Work wheels are for sale in the sale section and if I'm not mistaken, both these sets have too high offsets? Currently I have the stock 18x8 with a stock +30 offset and the ones I are for sale are: 1st Set [Front] 18x7.5 +42 [Rear] 18x8.5 +43 2nd Set [Front] 18x8.5 +32 [Rear] 18x9.5 +38 From previous threads, I have read that generally we should keep under 30 offset. Any feedback would be appreciated because I would love either of these wheels sets, I have fallen in love with the Work Emotion Cr Kai wheels! Thanks!

Thermal Plenum Spacer And Grounding Kit
lankanrascal1 replied to lankanrascal1's topic in V Series (V35, V36, V37 & Infiniti)
Thanks for all the replies. Yeh with the plenum spacer, since I bought the Iso Thermal, it came with the Aramid gasket, so I'm guessing this is the one that should be left alone. I did a bit of research and I was going to have a go at it, but until I was told two mechanics (both mentioned on this forum before) that they would need to remove the whole manifold I got a bit worried. Thanks again for all the help! I will have a go at let you know how I go:) -
Hey guys, I have just recently purchased the Motordyne Thermal Plenum spacer/Grounding Kit/Z-Tube. I have managed to install the Z-Tube but having some issues with Thermal Plenum spacer and grounding kit. I have asked my mechanic to install the Plenum spacer and he asked me if it was plastic and if I had the extra gaskets? He said some people have come back to him saying due to it being plastic, some have broken. Also that he needs to take the whole manifold off to install the gasket? Is this the aramid gasket that comes along with the plenum? I am very confused right now! Please help me.. Also with the grounding kit, I don't want to tackle this on my own. If anyone in Sydney is willing to install this for me and has installed it on their car (plenum & grounding kit), I am willing to pay them, please let me know! Thanks heaps!

Falken 452 Or Falken 912?
lankanrascal1 replied to lankanrascal1's topic in V Series (V35, V36, V37 & Infiniti)
Thanks for that mate! Yeh every one of the tyre guys have been telling me to get the 452's, but they also seem to be the only ones in stock. Both Tempe and 7 Day Wheels and Tyres seem to be out of it when I call up and ask if they have any. How are the 912's in terms of ride? quiet? bumpy? -
Falken 452 Or Falken 912?
lankanrascal1 replied to lankanrascal1's topic in V Series (V35, V36, V37 & Infiniti)
I got quoted $180 for the rears & fronts. Tempe said $180 each and 7 Day Wheels and Tyres said they would match it. -
I'm grateful to Andy and to the Russian guy for making this happen in the first place. As far as I'm concerned, I'm was prepared to pay the money to Andy for the install and I couldn't care less if he made a profit or not, but when he did the install, he mentioned that he was not making any money out of it and I honestly believe him. He is a top bloke and someone that has done alot for this community. 99% of us can't be stuffed doing anything, but people like Andy and Chris help us out on a day to day basis and we should be grateful to them. If it wasn't for Andy, I would still be getting looks/comments from people asking me why it was Japanese! Thanks Andy and keep up the good work!
