Was this car in a crash or just being parted out? Lower control arms are for the front or rear? What sort of condition is the radiator in, bent fins etc. Also interested in the front strut brace. Where abouts in Adelaide are you. Cheers.

I got these seals etc as part of a VRS kit I bought a while a go, does anyone know what they are / where they go? There's 24 of the little brass cups on the left, so I'm thinking it's all valve related?

Hi Guys, I've got a couple of 6mm lock spacers here, and I'm thinking of putting them in my 33. I know drifters normally use them for better angle, but I'm wanting to use them to pull of u-turns in 2 lane streets without busting out a 3 point. I'm wondering how they will affect other suspension aspects, and want to make sure they wont throw everything out of whack for street and light track driving. Can anyone shed some light? Cheers!

I've recently inherited a couple of nitro cars, can't find any model or branding on them. Does anyone know how to reset the needles? I don't have a manual or anything for them. Can get them both idling but stall once you hit the throttle, one spits heaps of fuel out the exhaust so I try leaning it out bit by bit but the shit of a thing keeps spitting fuel until it just refuses to run and I have to richen it up again!

With daylight savings here, and the warmer weather coming up, it's time to get back in to the whole fitness thing. Who's doing it, what workouts are you using and are there any supplements to compliment running? When I stopped in march I was jogging about 5km straight, after a 7 month break I can hardly jog 1km it's amazing how quick you lose it. So far I've just been heading down to a nearby national park and jogging til I can't jog anymore, walking for a few mins then back to jogging, I carry a small bottle of water and use Run Keeper for iPhone to track pace, elevation and make a pretty map of my course. I go after work and before dinner, as food and running sure as hell don't mix! What's everyone else doing?
