  1. cool update imho..... so in reality it makes 20-24psi at around 3000-3100rpm. It's far quicker on the street than it ever was previously. More updates soon, will be getting a new laptop soon and so will have some actual data for you all, cheers legends.

For anyone interested, this is my old graph from 2021, but I've plotted the previous setup curve onto it with a black pen. old setup was: pon cams, oem itbs and plenum, HPI manifold, hks 2835 pro S .87ar rear, Turbosmart actuator, 3" turbo back no res. or cat., greddy spec M fmic, nismo 740cc inj, walbro in tank 460, splitfires, 4" intake pipe, Apexi pod, e85, eboost2, power Fc. I love that the new setup has much larger turbo spec with the HTA3076 1.01ar Ts rear, and literally everything is bigger, but far higher quality and result is it's FAR more responsive in paper.
  4. That's actually encouraging to be honest. my motor was rebuild many years ago but it's probably done less than 30,000kms and fucc all limiter or drift, majority street / drag / roll racing. It'll be fine 💪🏼 I don't even have lines or a can for the cam breathers installed yet, there is zero oil residue or splatter on or around them, it drives beautifully so it seems healthy. Just a ticky lifter, yet they're almost brand new oem genuine Nissan and haven't done many kms at all...
  5. That is correct, I have a forged RB25/30det NEO hiding away safely and I wanted to use the very rare greddy vct adj cam gear on this new setup and so I just used the whole thing on my s1 instead of pulling it appear because I'm lazy af 😅🤌🏼

Hahahahah, look, your not wrong 😂😂 and thank you brother 🙏🏼 jokes aside, I haven't driven the car in 6+ years and it's like I'm starting all over again, and furthermore the car is wayyyy more powerful and it's characteristics are night and day different now compared to what I remember. So I'm slowly easing myself back into the groove, the car is literally scaring me a bit tbh.....it feels like it has 200hp more than it does on paper and responds like a cammed Ls v8, and-some! 😅 every single bit of throttle pedal travel and input has instant response all the way to the floor, zero flat spots or labouring feelings, it's nuts. Im shooketh, go easy on me hahahaha or don't 🤙🏼😊
  9. Dredgggggeeee time; I have recently finally started driving the car. It sat for so long that the fuel tank gave birth to rust sludge and blocked my lift pump sock and one of my walbro 460's and left grime, rust chunks and muck all through the surge tank and system. I decided to commit and pull the trigger on an oem r32 gtr fuel tank and Frenchys twin 460 / sender / surge tank hanger combo and all new larger lines and fittings etc, also boost doc heater hose kit / new heater core and a heap of other bits and shits like wideband sensor installed in the dump and Syltech iacv + lines and all wired and added to current tune. now having lightly driven it a couple times without issue, I can happily report on the hta3076 in its current tune. still no boost control switched on, 20psi gate springs, car makes 22psi at 3200rpm in 6th gear with 30-50% TPS from cruise at 100kmh. Going by the old graph, this means it should be making 300-325whp at the same numbers above. Very very responsive setup under true road driving loads. all that's left for the build is body loom + PDM, finish the remote aircon setup, install carbon fibre parts and go for full tune and 30psi. the 315 rear tyres are now performing like they're 195's, wheel spin in any gear at almost any rpm, whereas my previous setup hooked up in 3rd no issue, albeit Nt01's back then / RB25 5spd vs (new) old date r888r's Z34 6spd now, + obviously all the support upgrades I listed in the quoted post above. car sits at 1-3psi on cruise at 100kmh, expectations totally exceeded and I'm beyond stoked with all this so far.   11. Just a basic run down of the relevant bolt-ons. All e85 First graph 406.9whp is HKS GT-RS, HPI manifold, 3" bell mouth dump / 3" straight through fake cat / 3" all the way to the rear and no resonators, nismo 740cc, walbro 460, oem RB26 itb's, power fc, eboost2, Greddy Spec M fmic, poncams, Turbosmart actuator, splitfires, ARD 150amp alternator. Blue line is same as above but Blitz Dual SBC (before i upgraded to eboost2) and 100cell "high flow" cat. Red line is after installing eboost2 and the fake 3" cat (it's just a 3" pipe with a cat shell welded onto it). Huge gains in response, as can be seen. Black dots are a mates sr20 with almost identical setup but uses a garrett 2871 instead oh HKS. Next grapghn 466.6whp is same as above, but HKS 2835 Pro S with the larger .87ar turbine housing, the special HKS Pro S dump pipe into a HPI split dual 2.5" front pipe and the rest stayed as is. Red line is after I welded the actuator brackets. (It was originally bolted together and was moving a couple millimetres under load). Green line is obviously before I welded the bracket, no other changes. 100whp gain at 3750rpm, massive gain for such a simple fix. Third graph is my current setup, huge changes. 469.7whp R31house twin scroll manifold, twin TiAl 38mm gates, Forced Performance (USA) HTA3076 with 1.01ar twin scroll rear housing, Link Fury+ and loom by 12volt, PRP trigger kit and r35 coil kit with r35 splitfire coils, HKS step 1 vct staggered cams, new oem lifters and performance springs, 49mm itb's w/port matched Nismo plenum, twin walbro 460 surge tank setup + 1650cc injectors, HKS Type R S13 600x300x103mm fmic, individual egt's, 4" turbo back with no resonators or cat and AES true straight through muffler + 4" butterfly off the dump pipe lower 90° bend. It's a preliminary tune with no boost control with using 20psi gate springs and 4" butterfly closed. Once body loom and PDM is compete, will go for 30psi tune.

Yes, at this stage of SAU threads, I automatically assume that anyone here knows that everything depends on each and every setup and its choice of parts and what an individual wants from the setup. I think your misunderstanding what I've said, I'm not saying your curve will move to the right.. I'm stating the opposite; that my setup has a much larger turbo than my last one, my current exhaust manifold runners are 2-3x longer than the last one, the intercooler is longer and thicker (hks 103mm thick), the itbs are now oversized from 45mm up to 49mm, and the plenum is now a larger Nismo plenum that's been port matched. As a result, I'm making more power, torque and boost 1000rpm earlier than my last setup. My curve moved left, in a big way. You guys with 800-1000+hp turbos should be considering hks v-cam or the other Japanese company Sakura who makes RB25 Neo vct adaptor kits for RB26's. they all make more power / boost / torque far earlier and higher peak numbers. Dahtone Racing modifies the Hks v-cam systems to his own specs and he also developed the worlds first and best dbw individual throttle body kits, to complement his V-cam. Every single car is 800-1200+hp and they all produce huge gains in response and peak power.
  13. The "sacrifice of low end" is now basically irrelevant in 2025. Turbo/ecu/fabrication/and other tech advancements gives a vast array of options to mitigated any of it. My setup now is a fantastic example of this. 300whp / 20psi @ 3500rpm from a 600hp turbo setup on a notoriety low reading Dyno Dynamics roller dyno, is almost unmatched on all of SAU and other forums. The only other turbo i've seen that can achieve this is a BW EFR + twin scroll / twin gates etc etc etc... ps. tuned by Matty Spry at P.I.T.S as far as getting to the 600 figure, while enlarging your itb's alone probably won't get you there, as Sucram has stated above, it will certainly help. Just do it Predator1 my brother hahaha 🙂

My setup had a vast amount of other changes too though, so no direct comparisons unfortunately. i went from oem itbs, HPI manifold and internal gate hks 2835 pro S; to 49mm itbs, cnc port matched Nismo plenum, RB25 Neo lower runner adapter hand port matched, r31house v2 Takoashi MAX equal length twin scroll manifold with twin 38mm tial gates and a FP HTA3076 with 1.01ar twin scroll real hosing. feom power Fc to a link fury wired by 12volt, r32 gtr fuel tank conversion with frenchys twin 460 / surge tabk fuel hanger combo kit, 1659cc injectors, full 4 inch turbo back stainless exhaust, Z34 6 speed, Tomei 2way with 4.3 final drive and a ton of other shit. ive posted elsewhere here with complete run down, but here's a graph from its initial tune with no boost control on, 20psi gate springs only and e85. 7542AE72-DA92-4E0B-8660-B0940FEA7F24.mov

It’s already quite responsive with 300whp & 20psi at 3500rpm. This Dyno is a renowned heart breaker so I’m pretty happy so far with the resultant response. I’ll update when it god back on the rollers again.

  20. RB clutch, had a billet spacer made to sit under the concentric slave to help make it all work. You can see the spacer in the photo above where you see the green/stainless slave.

  22. Thank you brother, I’m very glad to read that you see that effort in the finer things haha, I’m quite happy with it so far. My aim was 20psi by 3500rpm with the full send tune (boost control on and 4” butterfly open) and the fact it does exactly that as is at the moment is monumental to me personally haha. The car still needs body assembly so have only driving it approximately 100m up my street and back, it starts making positive pressure literally as soon as I crack the throttles, the response is insane and better than what’s shown on the graph honestly. I can’t wait for 30psi and full send tune!!
