Damn... I'm getting a Major service done on my car tomorrow and i keep hearing these bad things from everyone... I already know the guys where i bought the car (who do the servicing as a part of warranty) like to dig into your pockets but I hope my baby will be ok in their hands...

what's an R32 GTR cooler's dimensions?

I thought brass-buttons where eithor on or off... in which case, how could you "ride it"?

GTRboy: they're easy to install you could do it yourself.... There's 4 screws where the AFM connects to the stock airbox... undo these and take the stock airbox out...(you may have to take the top off and the filter out to do this easier..) Thes, screw your adapter plate for your pod on there, and your pod goes on your adapter plate and you tighten the ring clamp up with a screw driver... it'll take you roughly half an hour but don't be worried or anything its easy and if you do it yourself you'll save the dollars and boost your confidence with working on the car... cheers man.

Save around $200... now that's good thinking! Ok, well thanks heaps... that clears a heap up for me....

fair enough... good point... so if you where to do that, they'd both vent it's just that the one closest to the intake would vent louder (because it's venting more)?... I was thinking of doing this when i install a FMIC, so just curious.... cheers...

can't you have one on the pipe on the intake side of the intercooler and one on the pipe on the other side of the intercooler???...

Can anything be put in the new pipe to replace whatever it is in the standard pipe to reduce the turbulence or is it not worth the hassle.... After reading this i am considering doing the same to my car... 3" mild steel from air-filter to turbo... does it require any other modification....???...

I'm getting a Hornet system installed in Jan... Remote start, keyless entry, turbo timer, LCD Pager, 3 point immobolioser, shock sensor, proximity sensor.... all that stuff... so i don't know how it compares to the boomerang but i've used hornet before and it's all good. Retail (from memory) is about $1k + extras for remote start, drivers door motor etc... but i never pay retail where i get my stereo gear etc... so I'm paying les...

i know that you can change guage clusters etc.... i also know how to tell when a cars done more k's than it says... you may think i'm dreaming but i'm convinced that mines honest....

man, you can have whatever combo you want... it's not that it's "not good for it"... you'll just get more performance with the whole lot... an after market airfilter sucks more air than a standard one and the more air you can get into your engine, the more performance you can get out of it...

I used to be able to drive with the stock BOV open.... I think this is cause they are designed to leak... but i could drive along at, say 60, and have my foot on a certain point on the accelorator and drive with the factory BOV open.... was pretty interesting...
