so you just installed it? Can you feel the difference... much lag? I would imagin there would be a bit more lag from an rb20?

i would also like to know what performance gains people have gotten with this kit.. Is it much more laggy?

can skylines be tuned to run better with better plugs? I wasted that $120 so i think i will get them when i get my big service. do you think that they overheated? Cuz they were fine for the first 5min of driving... Do you think that it wouldnt hit boost because the car could sence they were overheated, so it was like a safety thing.?

I havent done it, but from what i have heard its an orange wire... Number 53. Check that b4 u go at it with sissors tho.

1. Ash tray for the people in the back. 2. The 2 air vents either side of the dash (the little oval ones up the top). 3. the small plastic bit that goes around the ignition. 4. the black plastic bit that goes around the shifter boot. 5. I am also after the middle and passenger air vents if they are in good nik (no scratches/craks) But Mundi asked for these first so i guess ive got secong dibs on them. ok the plates are: 653 EMR its not the fact that I got coke all over my car and a bit of a scratch, its the fact that he tried to actually hit me with it while i was driving... It could have ended up very messy for me, my mate and my car if it did actually hit me. It hit just above my door handle. Im not sure where they could have ended up as we turned off the highway, but they kept going and the next exit was strathpine or Petrie.

my old ones were a 1.1gap The iridiums were .9gap (BKR6EIX)

yer iand i think the fact that i couldnt hit boost sometimes was a safty thing.. It could sence something was wrong so wouldnt let me rev over 2000rpm or hit boost?? Would this be true?

it was the plugs people. NGK Iridium's I put my old ones back in and it is all good now.. Just miss fires a bit, which is why i bought the Iridium's in the first place. They came out with a build up of white crap on them? Does that mean im running to rich or lean? And why would my car act like this with these plugs?

yer i hate loosers like that. Last night some FAG thru a maccas coke at my car while i was driving. We chased them for 10 mins with the high beams on them etc, But realy what could i do... I was on gympie rd, just befor maccas.(brisbane ppl) They were in a white falcon... I have the number plate saved in my phone... Should i post it?

new insight to my problem when the car is playing up it wont hit boost. I revved it to 5000rpm and the boost guage rose in vacume and came to a stop right on "0". I can feel the car is about to stall so i put my foot on the gas and nothing happens... AT ALL! it just stalls. If the car is cold it drives fine. If the engine is warm but the car has been sitting for a while it is fine. If the car and engine is warm it drives like a dog! So when something on my car warms up.. it f@#ks up?

i had a dual stage turbosmart controller that i hooked up myself. It didnt seem to let me run any less than 1bar of boost. I swaped it for an old school single stage turbosmart one and it works fine. The dual stage worked fine on my mates wrx too. So it could just be that the controller you are using doesnt work on YOUR car??

Hey all, I recently changed my plugs to NGK Iridium's. I took it for a drive after they were put in and it went fine right thru the rev range. About 20mins later i took off in 1st, change to second and nothing happened. I would have my foot down but there would be no power. I take my foot off the gas for a few seconds then i can feel the power come back on and it is all fine again. Sometimes when i am at idle the revs will rise to 1600rpm and stay there. When i change into the next gear (usually into 2nd), is when it happens most of the time.. I can drive it on the highway and keep it at 100kmph (aprox 2900rpm) It Seems like a boost leak, or something to to with the fuel. It was fine before i change the plugs. All help is appreciated

the lowest boost setting i can get is .9 bar. Thats testing in 2nd gear. The low boost setting is wound all the way back aswell, why is it so high? Is there a way i can run less boost?

does your lighter only come on when the ignition is on.. cuz mine can go on any time, no keys in car.. i dano why.. Ide be more cut if i smoked i guess
