if it aint broke dont fix it. exception to that being the timing belt, whilst there i would do new cam seals, crank seal, tensioner and idler, water pump and possibly drive belts if they've started cracking. then std stuff like oil, oil filter, plugs, coolant, brake fluid could do with a flush, tranny fluid if it smells burnt.. really up to your discretion whats needed all depends on recent service history
