  1. I was leaning more towards Jack Bauer!
  2. I've got one last uncut Nismo key for the R34. Planning to keep it as a souvenir but at the right price might be persuaded to part with it .
  3. You don't find Chris....he finds you
  4. Hi All, My wheels are up for sale: Work Euroline FE 19x8.5 +43 (32mm dish) 19x9.5 +38 (73mm dish) 5x114.3 Wheels only. Had them on my V 35 sedan running 275s on the rear and 245s on the front. They are a 2 piece wheel with anodised lip and machined face. Excellent condition, no gutter rash whatsoever. Very close to brand new. Asking $2500 ONO. Will fit most Nissans or Toyotas too...previously was on an Aristo. Pick up southside Brisbane prefered and inspections welcome for serious buyers. Thanks for looking!
  5. Wow can't believe I was still subscribed to the thread lol!
  6. Might put Chris Rogers out business as they will all come with English and Aussie sat NAVS lol.
  7. Any gutter rash or chrome fading or pealing?
  8. are u sure? I thought mercs were 5x112?
  9. Yes, I lipped the rears a while ago for good measure. Fronts are fine. BeeZ - we should catch up for a photo shoot one weekend when you get your new shoes.
  10. I was kidding about the purple wire comment. I think the only way to remove the speed limiter is via an aftermarket ECU...someone correct me if I'm wrong.
  11. Finally one of my all time favorite wheels, Work VSKFs have popped up in 19s..just couldn't resist. 19x8.5 +40 (yes these are weak offsets but didn't have a choice, loved the rears) 19x10 +43 (Plenty of dish for the sedan and with 275s are pretty much flush) More pics here...enjoy http://s110.photobucket.com/albums/n102/n1...%20V35/?start=0
  12. its the purple wire
  13. never used the 912 but have been through 4 sets of 452s in various cars and have them currently on my V. Can't fault them for the price.
  14. Wonder if Nissan Japan decided to recall their V35s, what would the ramifications be for import owners like us in OZ.. Doubt that Nissan Australia would start accepting V35s into their workshops. Happened to my 2001,touch wood hasn't happened to my Series 2 yet.
  15. This is how its supposed to look like. Probably more suited to a black car.
  16. No offence, but if you think the factory suspension you have currently with 18s are a little bit on the harsh side, then fitting adjustable coilovers will only make it worse. No ifs or buts about that. Also if you are planning to go 19s or 20s then I can tell you now your ride is going to be worse that what it currently is as you will be running lower profile tires which means less tire to cushion your ride. Spring rates for adjustable coilovers are always going to be stiffer than factory ones and the lower you adjust them, the harsher they become as well. I am no suspension expert but that is just from my personal experience.
  17. Walk away from the CVT unless you have plenty of spare cash to throw around. http://www.prestigemotorsport.com.au/modul...hp?StockID=4966 2006 Nissan Skyline V35 350 GT Premium Series 2, 3.5 litre V6 non turbo (VQ30DE) 4-door sedan Automatic (5 speed electronic auto not CVT) There is a reason why ads like these always point out - 5 Speed Auto NOT CVT. The word is already getting around about the CVTs in the V35. Buy one now and good luck trying to sell it later.
  18. Pics would be good.
  19. With the prices being as low as they are now, I wouldn't choose anything under a S2. Newer everything including updated interior and a few extras eg: i Key, better Bose unit which according to CR is less prone to the CD Error FO common in the S1.
  20. Can u post some hi res pics of each wheel especially the one with gutter rash? Do these come with the rays center caps?
  21. Which wheel did u have on the fronts? +22 or +40?
  22. Thts what freaks me out a bit when contemplating parts from wreckers. Would u still get a part from a vehicle ppl died in or worse killed someone?
