How do u ever know the history of the car. Unless you bought the car new in Japan you never would know. The majority of "stock" skylines o the roads these days would have been modified in some way or form. Ever been to importers and seen the shit they bring in? Multi paneled, guages all over the place, straight pipes, mismatched wheels, broken bodykits, aftermarket Ecus, worn steering wheels. Within two weeks they come outta a paint shop and have had the stock parts/trims/wheels wand waved at them and you get a Unmolested fresh low kilometer looking import which so many people get sucked into. This can happen to an extent in japan even. Ohh and to all the people jumping up and around about jokes - I find it funny certain people can get away with giving people shit or making a joke at there expense but its not frowned apon - and these "certain" people are meant to be the faces and executives of the club that should be promoting new users for the benifit and the expansion of the club - THAT is a joke. You can and I joke around on NS.com - but then again - they arnt asking any money for to be a part of them because its not a proper "club."

I think Sami just wanted a Simple question answered and people jumped on his back taking the piss. He is a mate of mine and I find it ridiculous that - as you guys say - SAU paying and contributing members taking the piss - they should know better. Then people like whysky jump on his back saying you dont pull little tantrums with paying members. Have some of you guys taken a second to listen to yourselves? Or have you got your heads so far up your arses because your from SAU? I have been on SAU now for nearly 6 years and even was a Paid victorian member however, the VERY few times I come on here anymore it just seems to be getting worse and worse. Worse still after contributing - I have a 40 percent Warn on my Name for 1 non sale related discussion from nearly 2 years ago. And they site and members is Meant to be promoting the club and gathering potential members to grow larger - how can you when you have members on here that act like this - Sami is probably someone who would have become a member - but thats probably all lost now because he feels like the clown who got told to check the shopping list on the side of his car.

Get a life - its good to know the positives and negatives about certain things at the end of the day im sure most people will be able to work it out.

does it pick up WIFI well and is it got a decent battery life?

This is a seriously nice car. I have driven it a couple of times and it has a good solid feel that a series II R33 should have. I dunno why people would buy a stock one for 13k and then end up spending 10k on doing the basic mods and extras that this thing has. In my opinion it is very good value for money at that price.

Check Out D.T Panels as well - Vu is pretty spot on with Japanese imports and hes prices are pretty much second to none - I worked in the Panel and Paint industry and got to know quite a few shops, products and prices and I wouldnt hesitate recommending him. Tim on here (vsute) R32 drift car got painted by Micolour and it looked great so I dont see any problems with them - but its always good to shop around. This is how my Cefiro turned out after D.T waved there wand over it - mind you it was black car with quite a few dents etc - got it sprayed in exact Nissan R34 GTR Z-tune silver colour - its silvery in sunlight but in darker conditions and night goes to a darker grey shade - the paint has a very wierd affect to light!

Hey guys Just wanted to find out WHAT exactly the A31 cefiro uses for its power steering pump and lines. I have a A31 with Hicas and a lock bar - im sure the Hicas lines are still in. I need to replace my pump and the hoses - what can I substitute it from that will be a DIRECT replacement fit. Regards Kim

It front and rear certainly Is an Autech - sideskirts are something else. - Id suggest getting a professsional to fix it really bad.

This girl I know, her ceffy has a brown Leather interior - its pretty hideous. My ceffs got the full black Interior - series 1 as well. Outta everyone ive met with a ceffy in Melbourne I have never ever seen the black interior. Ive seen lots of grey and then a few series 2 that have the darker grey but have trim like a skyline.

I cannot believe that they can actually call it a show. they get an idea and do the most half arsed segment on it. There sense of humour fails. I thought there was some big competition to get presenters - whos freakin idea was it to get those guys - they cant drive, there not funny and the stig wtf - the UK stig looks fit, calm and collected - the aus stig looks fat and looks like he struggles to control their cars. I think Ignition DVD put on a better show than the Aus top gear. Im a fairly optimistic person and I hoped that they would do a good job and make an enjoyable show but I just cant get into it. As for drifting? If you call a wallowing oversteer "drifting" - then you are a master of it!

It was a huge fail. I expected it to be rubbish and it was. They made a whole huge police escort down east link stopped a Maybach, said it was an S class, Pulled some headfones out of the door pocket and plugged it in then went on to say that it was stupid because its just an S class mercedes? wtf the only thing its worth for is to watch some of the cars they take out - just to see and here them. The Poms sure make great car TV shows (top and 5th gear) but they fail in there Magazines. Australia in my opinion has some of the best Car Journalists in there Magazines (motor, wheels etc) are miles ahead from other car mags!!

Yeah you wouldnt like it if you were going a little over the speed limit, hit some oil, spun off the road and Killed someone - The Crash investigators would determine you were speeding thru the black box, the media would sensationalise it and say you were doing 300 km/h in a 300 km/h supercar, the government would probably ban it, and you would be thrown in jail for killing someone.

Well done to Steve and Fabcar for there achievement at Targawest. I know Steve is well known and has many freinds within the "grass roots" car enthusiast community in Perth, so to you eastern states guys, they are not only sharing an achievement, but just supporting and promoting a freind. I was lucky enough to watch Targa West Last year while I was working over in WA and I watched Steve compete in his Lancer Evolution, and he was Damnn quick on some of the stages. In support of Snowmans comments, I have driven on the targa west roads and taken a good look at them, and I know some of us here in Victoria would not even consider those roads a "hills run" - they are very fast and flowing and not very steep. Before you WA guys jump up and down about gooseberry hill - I have mates whos driveways to there properties are longer and more challenging than gooseberry hill. When you have events like Lake mountain sprint, Targa Tas and Mt buller, not only are the roads very different, in terms of surface and elevation, but the climate and weather conditions are different. What I guess he is trying to say is, lets see how Steve will do in Events like these before getting all worked up.

GTR N1 headlights are the same as the Pov pack R32 GTS non turbo skylines - its just the n1s have clips for the GTR grill. We bought a set for my mates 32 the other day for 40 bucks off a guy in melbourne for the pair.

I have had the buggy for 2 years now and bought it as a ready to run set - it is an awesome machine, extremely fast, full ball bearings, BRAND new Force .15 Motor which I have just run in. A Hitec High torque metal gear Steering servo has been fitted and is extremely responsive and strong. The buggy has been tuned by the Specialists at RC Garage - its been tuned well and has some fearsome power!! I cant seem to get rid of my ceffy, its for sale, but whenever someone rings to bargain me down I end up telling them to F*CK off!! I like the car too much! Anyways good work well try get another melb ceffy cruise happening!

lol if you made more than me in a lifetime in a year - you wouldnt be driving a cefiro and wasting peoples time on here for weathershields. Isnt school holidays over in adelaide yet? Back to school girlie.
