All that means nothing when you are proclaiming to be an Authorised Australian insurance dealer, registered in gernsey. Then ASIC investigated to reveal you in fact are un-Authorised. You as a company did not comply with the corporations act at the time most policies were taken out. Correct? This will legally be deamed deceptive and missleading conduct under Corporations Law.
