Well seeing as I am now in the actual part of building the car... after the basic stuff... I thought I would put her in this build up. It is a 1995 MNP R33 GTR Vspec. I originally bought the car at 67,000kms.. I started out with a fairly basic starting point for a GTR. I first started with the fuel reg and put a new boost controller in, then a clutch and new set of rims.. I had to replace the AVS Model 5s due to the previous owner destroying them. At the end of 2010 I put the car up for sale with sales falling through I decided to keep the car and mod it further.... I added a power fc and tune to start... I made 305Awhp Shortly after that the want for more power kicked in. I then went and saw my first mechanics and got the following installed. 2860r-5 turbos Tomei dumps Nismo Fuel Pump Nismo 600cc Injectors HKS Hard piping Cooling pro 600x300x100 intercooler 100cell 3" cat As I wasn't happy with the tune, I went and saw my good friends at EFI With just a retune on the same psi it pull 437rwhp After seeing the results I was very happy, however was shocked when Sean asked if I wanted to up the boost.. My response was sure if you think its safe go nuts. The car drove excellent, and was still getting good economy as at this point the car was my daily... Shortly after the power being upped my clutch was not up to the job so that had to be replaced. So I ordered a NPC Big Mouth Track after consulting with a couple mates. Sadly a week after getting the clutch died, power surged the power fc and killed it due to a AFM arching out onto the power fluid reservoir. So a new brain was needed. After going over all the facts and figures I decided to go with a Wolf V500. Since I wanted a little more mid-range Sean tuned it to the following. I have also replaced the rims again with Enkei Rpf1s. 18x10.5+15 Current plans for the GTR are... Car is currently sitting with Dan from Elite Racing Developments for a build. ERD prepped and blueprinted engine inc ROSS Racing pistons Spool H Beam connecting rods ACL Race series bearings ERD RB26 VCT Setup Commetic full metal gasket set ROSS Tuffbond harmonic balancer JUN RB26 Oil pump Supertech Double valve springs Gates Racing timing belt ERD Oil restrictors -5s with VCT MMMMmmmmm

Dan is pretty much making all the decisions lol. I just told him what I want out of the car etc and he will work with what I want I am not sure on what parts are going in just yet I know the basic stuff just waiting on the list to be sent through.

Its dropped only when Highboost at 21psi is introduced and drops 1 bar on the internal gauge. Honestly do not know lol.

Any Idea?

Tried 6 litres did not work still dropped pressure.... however notices that my exhaust is blowing blue tinted smoke at high rpm free revving.

I dont like that idea lol. Stock baffle. I am going to try the overfill idea, hopefully that solves the problem but yeah... do you know what causes it?

Hey everyone, Got an issue with the GTR, curious if anyone else has had the same... On low boost I was loosing oil pressure..... it would drop from 5-4 bar when giving it hard on gate pressure.... now I took to a shop and I got a Mechanical gauge on it..... we topped up the oil as it was low.. and now it only looses pressure on high boost where it drops about 20 psi... I am hoping this is not a engine out job, but assuming pump, or engine damage the engine runs fine as it is... So I dunno seeing as its only on boost I am hoping its just a turbo issue.... It is fine Free revving, No engine noise, oil pressure is fine, no smoke... the night before I had 2 intercooler pipe blow offs when I was on the 2 step at willowbank.... assuming this caused it. There was a fair bit of oil in the cooler pipe not sure if turbo is ok, checking it tomorrow. Has anyone had it where the oil pressure has dropped on boost?

Id be looking at about 17-18 on top of the bikes value with it sitting on the exact 9500.00 that you have on it already. Yeah interstate selling is always an issue, but ride it up drive back hahaha all you need to do is deregister the bike or deregister when it gets back down south and then I deregister the car and you drive it down on a permit to travel interstate. If your interested I will help what ever way I can other than the price lol. I have spent quite abit this year alone on the old girl.

Sorry to be a pain, Can I get any more addition information or is this all I can get? It is just that I have found out that my wiring loom for my GTR is different to that of a standard GTR and a Vspec.
