  1. Up for sale is a 1995 R33 GTR Vspec. It has the following. Wolf V500 Ecu Npc Big mouth track button clutch rated at 600hp. 2860r-5 turbos Tomei dumps Cams(unknown size/duration were in car when purchased) Nismo Fuel Pump Nismo Fuel Reg Nismo 600cc Injectors HKS Hard piping Cooling pro 600x300x100 intercooler Greddy Turbo Timer Profec B boost controller running 12 and 21psi(low and high) Hicas Locking bar. Momo Trek steering wheel(standard GTR wheel currently in place) 18x10.5" Enkei Rpf1s with 265 Federal tires. Current tune by EFI at 21psi is 455RWHP(on a safe tune, require bigger exhaust, fuel pump and injectors to run E85 for more power) 100,000Km service was carried out when I purchased the car a year ago. at 68thousand kms. Comes with Carbon spoiler, Carbon lip(damaged however replacement on its way from japan) Also comes with another set of GTR struts with higher springs, original purple spoiler blade. Very quick car, always washed looked after however the usual 16 year old marks a few scratches here and there nothing major. I will not part with the car for nothing but if the right offer comes up and I can not refuse we'll take it from there. The original import papers(Do not have) rumored this car to have a 2.8 stroker which is not confirmed. Will consider swaps however must be something of interest with cash my pending on offer.   3. Mate it all comes down to a few things not just the turbos. I am running -5s on my 33 gtr with a wolf v500 and it is a little laggy but not something I would sook over besides I have been in cars that just go and I feel some what cheated it doesnt have lag because lag is just like ..... ...... ..... BANG! bloody excellent! I am making 455hp with my -5s on pump and its not laggy what so ever its actually the best the car has ever been.

  5. Funny I was just about to post up a thread for help haha . Ok heres a story about my GTR hahah.. I was on my way to the SAU drag day... turning right on to loganlea road first gear takes off fine... turn the corner give it a little bit more gas and Engine stops dead in its tracks and won't start... The check engine light keeps flickering on and off on and off if I try to start it... Checked the usual things Intercooler piping, plugs, coils, fuel pump still seems to prime and run so thats good and gives fuel pressure to the gauge... It turns over fine but just does not want to fire.... Now the idea I had was try change the ignitior pack so I lined up my mates at field garage who have a track 33 gtr... well that didnt work.. I went and spoke to a guy that I know who works alot on cars and said he thinks it might be the Crank angle sensor has gone??? So I guess thats tomorrow jobby.. but I am just curious what you SAU gurus would have to tell me to check?
  6. Well the GTR got a bit of loving today thanks to my mates at DK Detailing. Please keep in mind I did a some minor circle work before photos were taken hahaha by me lol.
  7. Well if its the same oil you have been using since you bought the car shouldnt be that... I just noticed it with mine... that the loss was that great. I honestly would put it on the dyno and see what your AFRs are like... Where abouts you located? I personally have been to 5 shops in QLD, I only trust 2 of them so If in QLD go to EFI or ERD. Yeah its great it wasnt that good after I got it back the first time(it was detonating so I went elsewhere) and then EFI tuned my car and got it to 467hp

I personally get about 400-450ks to a tank on low boost (14psi/340rwhp) in a mix between driving 80ks a day a least with mixture of country back roads and highway driving nice and casually... but If i bump the boost up to highboost(21.5psi/467rwhp) it will chew very badly about 200-250 per tank. So about 12.5/100 on a very very good run still not as thirsty as my mates Ve ss his worse fuel consumption was about 23/100 stock :S I have changed the following Power-Fc 2860-5s Tomei Dumps 100 Cell Cat Nismo 600cc Injectors Nismo Fuel Reg Nismo Fuel Pump HKS Hard piping for intercooler Cooling-pro Front Mount. I am still running the stock AFMs but clean them regularly! Clean your AFMs and Airfilter, Change your plugs etc.... My question is have you recently changed the oil brand/weight lately? I only ask as I changed my oil from 0-40w Castrol edge to Royal Purple 3-35w and I noticed a mass drop in response and reliability... so I changed the oil out a week later I also could hear the oil slapping on cold start.

I also got a better pic showing the offset of the new rims. If it were practical I would lower my GTR this low hahah

  11. Hello all.... Thought I would post and ask advice. The issue is as follows. I first start my 33 GTR. after going over 80kph my steering wheel acts as if I am turning hard right. Now I have spoken to Dan from ERD and he said he believes it would be the steering angle sensor. as if I turn my car off and on again it resets... and then drives normally. now my question is.... My GTR is a series 1 r33 gtr with no airbag. Would a other models like the S1/S2 R33 GTST steering angle sensor fit in its place????
  12. I got them through street to track.com Ahhh really? very nice. Yeah I have been weighting up all the costs etc... a few people have been suggesting the SS but few others suggesting other brands. aswell. Have you heard or used the Tein HRs?

  15. 18x10.5x+15 f1 silver Enkei Rpf1 Got them for 1650 to my door from the US and it only took 1 week delivery which I am very impressed with Now I am 3 months away from the lip. I found some more pics of the lip I am getting on a MNP 33 GTR. I am also currently looking at spending some coinage hahaha I am currently going through a job change and my old job (BCC) are paying me out 100 hours of holiday pay so yay for me hahahaha Have been looking at coilovers I have requested a price on a set of Tein Super Streets but unsure what they are like. I have found a second hand set of HR Teins but again unsure what they would be like driving wise as I dont want to much more of piggy to drive every day of the week lol. I have also been thinking of what I should do to push my GTR to 500hp, I am pretty sure I am not that far off... custom front pipe Twin 3" to single 4" collector fake cat in place for it to be plausible to coppers and allow more flow... Z32 AFMs or debating selling the power fc and just going the wolf depending on what price I can get it for, then I should be nicely able to push it to 500hp I am still requiring a new clutch aswell the old 1 is still holding up from low rpm to the high rpm apart from 4th gear.

Hey mate, I have scratch the plan so far lol. it was $1578.00 after conversion and even after that It was about $250.00 in govt fees blood bastards so pushed it all up to $1850.00 So far my current price for them through a importer is $1650.00 to my door that's it so seems to be the best out of the lot. It is through street to track just google them and youll get the address.
  17. Ahhh also forgot to say I have a new lip coming from japan... now the lip is not everyones cup of tea.... Its the greddy gracer lip I am going colour code it to the purple.

Well It has been a while since I have done anything to the car... however due to some unforeseen circumstances my rims have buckled from the pure awesomeness of being ROTA's lol. hahaha So Now I have been hunting for the last 3 days on what rims I should get and I have settled on 18x10.5x+15 f1 silver Enkei Rpf1 I can get them to my door for 1530... however my only concern is the stretch of a 265 onto the 10.5" rim. I can get a 18x9.5+15 for about 100 dollars less which I know the tyre will fit and look a little more chunky on but im still not 100% on that factor. I had 265s stretched on 10" wide but next 10.5" rims so any ideas or advice boys? just an example of 10.5" with 265s. I know I will have to get my guards rolled as Colin kindly discussed with me last night.
  19. 1 would assume youd be able to load new maps up and remap the 180km cut similar to previous GTR models with the 180 limiter. I saw a JDM Spec for sale on carsales.com.au going 109k. I was only looking on Importmonster as a point of reference.
  20. Well boys, I am curious I have been keeping an eye on Yahoo auctions and Prices for the R35 Japan is greatly cheaper than the AUS R35. Jap R35s complied just going by Import Monster prices are about upto 50grand difference. My question is why don't alot more people do this? I have seen a Jap spec R35 registered for sale recently so certainly its able to be done and the fact that I have read that the resolution on the screens are much better than the ADM version. My question I guess since I will be in the postion to buy another car shortly and If I can pick up a R35 for roughly the same price Id be looking for a modded R34 GTR why not? Any help would be much appreciated.

  22. Now I need a new clutch hahahaha with it slipping last night I only managed to get a new PB of 12.385 at 110mph with a 1.8 60ft. After talking with Sean as EFI were out in force last night with my car slipping once I engaged 4th he suggests I now get a NPC Twin plate.
