funny shit, why do people buy 260rs stageas when a gtr is lighter and faster? because its different, why do people build L series motors when they could just drop in a rb? because its different, at the end of the day a r32 autech will always hold alot more value than a r32 gtr because people will appreciate it for what it is, not what it isnt, and yes, a lump of shit hand made from mars is pretty impressive

Thanks all, cost of fluid shouldnt be an issue as my workshop just changed from dextron3 to transmax. Will look into the gearbox leak further, just wanted to check the waters as most problems cars have are a model fault and they all experience it at some point, but maybe mine has been played with previously. thanks for all the input

also need to know a good place for exchange shafts, as i cant leave the car apart while i wait for them to be overhauled. Location around brisbane

Hey, i want to do some work on the ol' stag, but am a little worried about this attessa business, I want to do an Auto Flush, Replace both diff oils, and do the transfer, what will require a bleed, And if none do, how do i replace the attessa oil, I believe the Auto is castol Transmax E and the attessa is dextron 2, will 3 work, or better yet will transmax work, Need help from someone who knows alot about the autos in the stagea as i have a fluid leak at the back of the box, i believe its from where the attessa fluid goes into the box, and i need to know if its a common leak, and what parts are required if so, will post up a pic, thanks in advance

heres the wheels i have used on my stag, dont comment on height lol, i kno it needs to be lower, but its for sale so dont think ill bother cx7 wheels, need massive spacers to get flush, so didnt bother weds sport wheels, 17x9+18 just sit out of guards

So just to clarify, S1 Stagea Front brakes, can use a r33 caliper and rotor, standard brake line will fit with caliper insert removed, bolts will need to be changed, and locaters made. Rears will use r33 setup also, direct swap over, no mods, bolts fit, brake lines fit. Thanks in advance, its a struggle to make sense of all the posts on brakes
