  1. It will fail on the weakest link, failing due to water is still due to weak casting, if what happened to you happened to every other rim manufacturer then there would be thousands of damaged rims. But I am glade that you are the guinea pig for the use of these rims in motorsports. Shit like this should not be tolerated, your playing with your life.
  2. Your in denial, these rims are less than half year old, normal rims wouldn't do that, that looks to be very weak casting, there might be a million air bubbles in those rims.
  3. I run a full xforce exhaust system with varex muffler, the exhaust sits higher than any jap brand, not problems so far and I had it for 2 years.
  4. PM me, located in liverpool $100 pick up preferred.
  5. I broke L5, some say because I was deadlifting too much weight or others because I was not wearing a belt, theres a pic on ausbb. The main argument is that belts prevent from strengthning the inner core, Mark Rippetoe does not share this view, he actually says the opposite while Markos from PTC does not allow anyone in his gym to use a belt(mind you they are supervised), Fadi an Ex Australian Olympian wears belts as much as possible. I on the other hand dont have a problem with squats and any type of overhead presses (even when I was recovering), however I strongly suggest you use belts for any form of deadlifts. When it comes to legs free weights such as front squats, normal squats and texas squats which uses more the hams do well. For front squats its easier for some to hold the bar with arms crossed. Speaking of squats squat machines do not allow the natural movement of lowering the bar.
  6. Has it been done? isnt the sr20det a bit too tall? engine too close to the steering pinion?
  7. Exactly, that was my assumption... but yeah a marathon runners workout is different from a sprinter.
  8. Yeah Markos is not good with words sometimes but he means well, I dont agree with not wearing a belt, if your not wearing one I sugestt a spotter. Its up to you, you want to achieve a goal in 2 years that can be done in 1 be my guest.
  9. I am speaking from experience, you either take it for free or you dont, you provided a vague explanation on what you want to do, and i still dont understand what you mean by fit, skinny? med? cut? Whats funny is you actually get someone that knows what hes talking about and nobody wants to listen.
  10. Looking good like what? You mean fit?
  11. Any weight lifter mocks bodybuilders because they build definition when they dont have any mass to build, does that make sense? Mass then definition. Why are you going to the gym if you are not training for strength??
  12. There is so much stupid retarded stuff its not even funny. protein is for muscle development, too much will increase inflamation carbohydrates is for energy, too much will decrease the release of ATP unless your joiced up, the only form of maxing hypertrophy is by:- 1- full body work outs involving compound weights (squats, bp, dl,pu etc) all weight lifting should involve barbells 2- to increase recovery should not plateu, always leave 1 rep in the tank, also decrease the risk of injury, workouts should last 45m to 1hr 3- Diet is part of building muscle, eating the right amount of protein and/or carbos at the right time is the key, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b4pEcB5jWRI...feature=related this is just an example, there is nothing wrom with the mediterranean diet, nothing wrong with raw eggs. 4- psychological aspect, determination, disciple and dedication, remember the three D's. There is a lot more depth for these four points but you get the picture, olympian weight lifters dont do and dont heat 90% of the junk on this thread.
  13. Is this for all classes? Im thinking of entering club spring class next year... but $800 errr unless it includes practice days.
  14. How much did cost to compete this year?
  15. Still one could argue that mr has an advantage over fr thus best rwd should not be applicable, I dont see them the same.
  16. I have just noticed that some cars are listed as "fastest rwd" lotus exige. I think they should have fastest ff,fr,4wd, mr, rr. not fastest fwd rwd awd
  17. They are not loud, its just that turbine housings act as resonators
  18. Errr, those times were done with what tires? are we comparing apples with oranges? Mark Skaife did what Qualifying with super soft compounds?? Cyber evo had an issue with the head on friday, they used a standard head with what im been told standard valves but with cams and gears and was down 120hp'ish or more. Even so Tarzan wanted to crack sub 1.30 but the rear wing came off. Wasn't donut king ex v8 supercar? If those cars are so fast then superlap should send an invitation for next years.
  19. Look at the bright side, at least there werent any smokey s6 rx7's and roger cordia. Question about club sprint class, are they allow to run aftermarket lsd's? The rules say something about diff casings?
  20. I want to see your car next time on sl, kinda weird seeing it at show & shine.
  21. sure, should do some investigation before, thanks for pointing that out.
  22. Thats what they said about today
  23. There was so many close calls on turn 1, white WRX lost it, gold crapadoor ute lost it(leaf springs puff when will people learn) spun the car back close to the left side concrete wall and somehow managed to miss it, red evo had almost the passengers side rear tire in the air. And the s15 that lost it past turn 9
  24. 10 hours to go, see you all there
