  1. Leewah, Yeah i head R33 GTR suspension is same as R34 GTR suspension which somebody also told me R33 GTR suspension fits in R34 GT-t. There is a good chance they are all same but suspect different spring rates etc. E
  2. I have a race/rally import i was considering doing that to, but its only a gts-t. Thing is the paperwork to do a re-body is a pain ! E
  3. Direct fit yes..... But a bit of trivia as far as i know and feel free to correct me... R32/R33/R34 are all 2 ohm injectors..... But R32/R33 have restistors to increase to 14/16 ohm resistance on the suspension tower. R34 drives 2 ohm directly. E
  4. Best way to wire it in i would think would be to use the r34 engine loom, if you dont have that then could be a bit more fun Once you old engine is out you should be able to remove old computer and pop old loom and connectors out through the hole in the firewall and then just thread through the new engine loom and attach new computer. E
  5. I had a car come in with power fc and hks vpc, not sure it it ever really worked that well, pulled it out straight away due to engine being one the sick side and then just put a standard computer back in later. E

    What's with Skylines

All of them ! And my car isn't even anywhere near like leewah's ! E
  7. Not a thing as far as i know. Also R34 i have a feeling are same as well but i could be wrong there. E
  8. GTR box for R32 and R33 are both 5 speed (and 4wd) R34 is 6 speed (and 4wd) R32 however has a mechanical speedo drive, and r33 electric speedo drive. And the clutch master and slave depending of age of r32 box but thast an easy swap, as is the speedo drive if you have the correct one. I might be interested but not for $1500 so if you get stuck drop me a line. Evan [email protected]
  9. The degrees are duration, ie, how long the vavle stays open. The lift is how high the cam lifts and opens. There will now double be a lot of debate about whats best, for huge turbos long durations and high lift will be best but for more moderate setups a longer duration and a higher lift but not insane makes the setup more responsive and may mean you dont need to remove metal from the head to fit them in and even maybe use standard springs. (better spings with better cams can usually mean higher rpm). E
  10. Bigger pump = better Bosch 040, 044 or 975 i think all 3 would do the job. 975 is best buy i think, 044 is better quality and has 2 screw fittings not 1 screw and one barb like the 975 althought the barb is useful if you doing an in tank pump. E
  11. 7500rpm low ??? only if you usually drive a honda i would guess. GTS-t is ummm pass i cant remember, GTR is 8000rpm. E
  12. hehehe, i just love the cars.... even an r34 gtr doesn't pull chicks like a porka ! Oh yeah and i am 25. E
  13. RATEDR, you cant flare the guards that much, they really will be not any good. E
  14. I was assuming it was just the box yes ? Not the peddle box and clutch master cylinders etc needed to do a conversion, although you could find those parts elsewhere. E
  15. Expect you will mail again, my mailbox was full. Damn i wish they would warn you before it actually fills. E
  16. Not really, 5th gear synco worn by the sounds. Syncro itself costs about $110 but work would cost a lot more. E
  17. You really really cant run GTR rims on a GTS-t, the offsets are so way wrong. E
  18. You could rebuild an r33 box cause they are worth about $1000 but you could also just buy another one. E
  19. All depends how often you change yoru oil, I do mine every 10,000kms so i know how much metal is comming out. E
  20. 100mm in Vic as well last time i checked. Lowering them is ok as long as you dont go to far or use adjustable arms in your suspension. E
  21. Front diffs Power steer pumps Some loom changes etc to accomodate the different injector drivers etc. A r33 one will go in a bit better. The engine itsself will bolt up. Best to change all the accesorys though. E
  22. The difference is the crank area, the actual shape and bolt pattern etc i believe is identical. Oil pumps are hard to find second hand as usually they reason they are removed is they are stuffed. E
  23. And you would be surprised how hard to find old GTS-t stock intercoolers, i had to pay $300 the other day ! Ripped off but i need it and that was the only one i could find. E
  24. Whole harness for engine. I had a gts-t with rb26 and it used the whole harness, even injector clips etc are different. Yes its a reasonable job, but whith a half cut you should have all the bits really except tail shaft. Had you just bought and engine and box, even with computer and loom as you can all ready tell you would then be in the **** looking for lot of bits. E
  25. I dont know exactly... But wireing harness - yes (due to 2 AFMS etc, its very different) Tail shaft - yes (different lenths) front cross member thing below engine, maybe gearbox cross member E
