hey all, last night the car i park 1 ft away from got broken into last night, was a kia so probably no blinky light saying ALARM IN HERE like mine (on ya blinky) no damage was caused to the car but they got a 500 gig ipod, shes heaps mad, id be cheering if that was me, window costs alot more so bit sus on leaving my car tonight, and theres no way around it, i gotta leave for work at 4am so cant stay up late on watch. cars are parked under big fluros literally right under everyones bed and window. im thinking ill park my car under a tree, its darker but its in sight of our window so they may be sus on striking it. anyone got any advice?? my excess is 3000 bucks not including the extra from my age being 21. so ill be paying for a new window or door damage myself if the worst happens. so happy the guy/s didnt touch my car. it could have been my car that drew them in as i pull in off a busy road? (if the person is on the forums (doubt it, but never know) thanks for the respect of my car to not touch it)

i doubt any gtr owner is going to be ripping burn outs "for your wedding" for a couple hundred bucks haha just get something with a loud exhaust and cam timing and itll sound like anything you can imagine.

the stock gauges are pretty shit, what air filter have you got on it?? defs recommend a high flow panel filter. same if not more power the a pod filter and its legal other then a crap reading from the stock gauge, or the car not being able to breath or fart, i got nothing do you know if its got the stock boost solenoid and all the standard tube setup?

I run 10 psi on the stock 34 intercooler, which is a bit better I think. I've heard of this mod before and the guys in the thread said it's fine to do so, I mean, your just tricking the ecu a bit. Where are you getting your 5 psi reading from? Put on a turbo back exhaust and you'll be hitting boost HEAPS harder. And in my case, reduce turbo lag alot too.

it is extravagant, but there is a market for that, usually that market doesnt have this kind of money, though this car would be alot of people dream car. GL mate.

youll find untouched clean cars sell for the most, tasteful mods never hurt like quiet exhausts or nice/clean wheels, but youll never see what you paid again hah. get yourself a good bunch of cleaning gear, then if your a bit handy, give it a full detail (if needed), including clay bar, polish, and wax. you can do alot more steps but this will get you going. if you think the paint is looking clean and what not just keep those waxes up to date.

look in the forsale section on here dude, i bought a kakimoto catback and a custom made stainless dump/front pipe (turbo back) all up was... 740 including postage (40 bucks for catback, 0 for turbo back) its an excellent exhaust btw, its very quiet from 0-4000rpm, after that its a pretty decent roar. quiet exhausts are very good for not getting defected. when you get rbt'd or pulled over by cops and the there engine is louder then your whole car they tend to not car about anything, i mean, i got HID head lights, had a very loud pod, black wheels on a silver car (the wheels face, not rim, pokes out guards) and i never have any issues . your car looks excellent mate! i bought mine stock 1 year and 1 month ago, youll love it!!

so you live at albion park?? i would of been keen as i use to live in shellcove but i am now in newcastle the only sau people i know from the illawarra was (because weve all moved) cpd, owens and myself hehe. only people that go to events such as maq pass cruise and wakefield anyways. if i ever go to my folks for a pit stop on the way to wakie or something ill hit you up. maq pass cruise is the only way to really meet people ive found. so definately hit that up! any other wise come to other events and use lotsssss of petrol

comprehensive insurance, drive that car as fast as you can toward that dealer and jump out at the last second. hate dealers with a passion, even if there legit they treat you like shit with a smile on their face.

always see the guys n gal putting rims/kits/exhausts on these ive also heard of a bloke put a lancer engine in one and strip the aircon and light weight conversions haha. thanks for the kind words (hmm no one has changed the heading yet)
