    I am chasing an original R32 GTR steering wheel. I want to fit it to a 1994 model, so it needs to be from a later model R32 GTR so that the steering wheel sensor aligns correctly. Looking for one in good to excellent condition. I am in Perth but willing to pay freight to Perth if steering wheel located elsewhere.

    Damo, have you got prices and pictures yet?? I am also keen for a set for my R32 GTR.

    What is in the steering wheel that does this?? Marko, have you driven your car with the new steering wheel fitted?? Did any HICAS alarms come up?? my retrim should be about $200. Millaine trimmers in Perth

    If it is the 3M stuff, should come off without leaving any (not much anyway) residue. Heat it with a blow drier and peel it off. I have applied this stuff to some of my car interior, and when not happy with the first application, heated it up and removed ,then re-applied again. Left no residue (glue etc) when I did it. The citrus spray is just a cleaning product ,can be found in most supermarkets next to the spray and wipe etc.

    Marko, it appears that your steering wheel is the earlier version, and is the same as mine. it is hard to explain the difference between the two, but if I can find a picture of the newer wheel, I will post it here. Thanks for the update. I have all ready sent my steering wheel off for a re-trim, so will fit it next week when it returns. Do you a picture of your steering wheel fitted??

    Has anyone fitted an original R32 GTR steering wheel from an earlier model to a later model?? eg; fitting a steering wheel from a 1990 model to a 1994. I know that they are physically different, but look like they would still be interchangeable. Any feedback would be appreciated.
