Fuel... well ill have to think how i drive in comparision with how deep my pockets are at the time, but im not too much of a rev most of the time as ive been fined big time... n once thats happened... im abit more careful!!!!!! lol

I dont kno 100% the diff between the FC or FD. Im talkin bout an Rx7 Series 6 onwards, the 13B Twin Turbo that comes with those cars? They are um 92' onwards i believe? Can get them anywhere between 30-40k if you look in the right spot, however the series 8 type R etc can be around 70k!!! Im lookin at around the 30k mark.. the lowest range, but still... series 6 are soooo nice. Skylines are just a tad too big and MUCH too common where i am... otherwise obviously its a gorgez car! LoL

Very interestin!!! Im not really looking for space... bein a 17 year old boy n all lol. Im lookin for quick n sexy ... Arent we all Its light.. so it handles well and is quick off the line, as ive read. And thats what im lookin for, somethin light, sexy, quick with handling. Thats the only reason Im alil weary of a Skyline because Its abit to big for my liking, love da look etc But the size just makes me like an Rx7 abit more...

damn... that means its faster than an R34 GT-T (14.2) and a Supra TT (13.9)... Im guessin becoz its so much lighter ay?? Interestin! Anyone else debate that? Or is that pretty much spot on

Da tail lights are sexyyyyyyy as!!! Its fast, it looks the part and damn... just such a nice car. With an Rx7 and a Supra... the 3 best cars in the world have been made. Which one tops it... duno, but i love Skylines...

The GTR engine isnt neo..?? I thought they would of changed it to be more advanced.. Maybe its becoz of the legal limit of kW in Japan?? If they could im sure they'd bring out a 300kW stock GTR engine hahha oooo

oh ummm ok... So the r34 has this tiptonic thingo? There is a difference in the the internals of the GTR and GT-T, the GTR gets more torque and can with stand higher kW ratings with stock internals i THINK?

One more thing, wats tiptonic... or however you spell it. Gear changing behind the steering wheel, does that apply for the 5spd manuel version of the R34..??? I was abit confused by that and didnt find any info on it.

I read it in errr... a site lol How come the neo engines are so much more powerful?? Not that im complaining! Read the N/A was 200kW but a fair bit less in torque... 206kW is the legal limit in Japan for stock engines im guessin right..? Because all major engines STOCK from diff makes etc 206kW. I cant wait to get an R34!!! Be waitin for a few years tho...

Hey Ive seen on the internet that the engine power ratings on the R34s with the Neo Straight six's are quiet impressive... Ive seen 2L neos advertised but havnt read about them... The 2.5L Non Turbo producing 200kW 2.5L Turbo producing 206kW (same as 2.6L Twin Turbo but less torque). Ive read this on the internet a few times.. Just making sure its correct? And also what does the 2L engine produce seeing as some R34s have them (so ppl advertise)??

Ye ok... Sorry i was under the idea that both cars produced 206kW stock. And thats what i meant... both cars just come off the lot. I would of thought being similar in kW and the Supra having slightly more torque but weighing more it wouldnt of been that much of a difference... I know the supra has better tuning potential though of course!! It compairs (like topic) to the GTR in that... Im more interested in buying a GT-T to be honest because I love da look of Skylines, all of them, but mainly the R34.

If you could buy a nice GT-T r34 (2.5L neo turbo) or a Twin Turbo Supra.. finding some nice one for say a cheap 30k, what would you choose pplz?? Thats my aim to save for a GT-T R34 now.. Just looking for some thoughts on the matter considering this is a skyline vs supra thread.. hehe What do you think?

anyone noticed the number of cheap R32 GTR's?? From Prestige... Why is that...?? They are GTRs as you can see the RB26DETT engines and badging etc etc They are here inc on road costs from around 20k... What the?? Why....? Anyone help? Because im tempted to get one now... instead of a R33 GTS-t for around the same price.. :headspin:

be thankful u have the choice I dont think i will have a GTR for awhile! lol Or a supra of course Both awsome cars.. both look sweet as... I cant pick what i like more either... lol I like sequential turbos, helps with take off etc N its a cool idea Again... be happy you can choose, im rather limited... but i tell you i also LOVE rx7s!!!!!! Ohhhh why cant life be fair... hehe
