  1. do you have before /after photos troy? don't have before and after pics from way back in those days.. here's a pic from the late 1990's - pretty sure I would've used clen around that time. Note that I was never a body builder - I was a boxer. I never lifted weights, however I did do a lot of plyometrics training etc I always trained for explosive power (fast twitch). Using clen for me was never about my appearance - i used it for performance gains and to make weight for bouts. Interestingly it wasn't banned when i first started using it and even when it did become a banned substance - nobody ever tested us anyways. Please don't think I'm out trying to promote this stuff - I'm only sharing my experience as you first asked. Fortuantly for me - I never had any issues with it, but there are people out there with underlaying medical conditions that should stay right away from this stuff.
  2. pushup burpees.. try and do 100 in under 10 mins (daily).
  3. I used clen a bit back in the early 1990's.. I mainly used it for cutting weight for boxing. It would make me super lean when I used it. I had good results from it after figuring out the correct dose for me (lots of stuffing around taking my body temp etc). I remember sweating like a pig in summer time! It stops working effectively after 4 weeks - you need to cycle it. 4 weeks on 2 weeks off. Different people get different effects from it - i would get better cardio results (really good for boxing) and strenght gains, but other guys it would do the opposite for their cardio! Back in those days it costed next to nothing! about $20 for a few cycles! I was recently talking to a girl at work who's boyfriend is a bodybuilder and she was telling me they both use it.. she said it cost heaps of money now! like $400 for the same container I use to get.. inflation lol
  4. cheers mate.. I'll give him a call and check it out.
  5. I'm after both headlights, grill, radiator and the metal bar that runs across the nose (and the bonnet catch mechanism). My missus ran up the ass of someone at a roundabout in her R33 GTS-T - the car in front came to a complete stop when there was absolutely nothing to stop for! Lesson - always watch the dickhead in front of you
  6. Does anyone know of any R33 GTS's being wrecked in the ACT?
  7. TBH I have no idea how much the guy (or girl) charges or where they are located?? I bought the car from Autostyle in Sydney - the pics were taken before I bought the car. There is some info about pricing on the website http://www.556gravit.net/pricing/ - it suggests to email for a quote
  8. here's some professional pics of my R33 GTR - http://556gravit.net/GTRs/R33/ the black and white pics look really good IMO. The two pics below are my favourites
  9. Silver at Reid CIT - that would be my wifes GTS-T. It's easy to spot - has custom rear guards
  10. that's probably mines - finally been spotted!
  11. grey R32 GTR on limestone ave around 5:15pm - very nice car!
  12. how much power is your Gtst putting out? If I do end up going, my wife will take her Gtst along - your gtst won't be alone
  13. Be keen to see what speed/time my GTR will do down 1000m! I'll be in it if i can get around to sorting the CAMS license stuff out
  14. that may have been me (black R33 GTR). Were you sitting at the lights in a white R33 GTR?
  15. just under 384kw at all fours.. and very drivable in traffic for that much power. I've racked up 300km and have a quarter of a tank left (thats sensabile daily driving) - not too shabby figures for the power.
  16. pretty decent fuel figures too mate. I don't think i'm going to get anywhere near those figures with 500horses at the wheels lol Highway driving I got from inner Sydney to Canberra with using just under a half a tank. I just filled the tank up - will report back on how many kms I get to the tank for city driving.
  17. yeah i saw you driving past Gentech toward the lights (late afternoon). How much power is yours putting out?
  18. cheers mate.. yours looks hot too. I saw your car in Mitchell a week or two ago
  19. I went to Trojan a couple of weeks back (wasn't so impressed with quotes I got - found someone else to do the work i wanted for a quarter of the price) - not last Friday though.. unless your saw my GTR across the road from Trojan parked at Elements Jiu Jitsu? I'm always there.
  20. yeah she goes as good as she looks! totally embarrasses all my V8 mates lol
  21. located in Belco - any recommendations where to take it on the Northside? The GTR is black
  22. yeah the light doesn't really bother me either, but I have to take it for a rego inspection - thought the light on may be an issue
  23. my wife's GTS-T seems to be taily on take offs when the boost is turned up (tail is real sensative - can feel the tail starting to come out and have to bring it back in). I've owned two supercharged xr8 falcons in the past - controlling the tail end was never an issue - the fords would just go straight unless i put the tail out on purpose. I've had a few of my ford mates drive the GTS-T - they say the same thing - its a bit taily (they love the power response though lol). I'm guessing its the HICAS 4wheel steering system making the tail a bit sensative - I thought maybe I should fit a lock bar to make it more predictable as stated in the post above. On a separate issue - I recently bought myself a R33 GTR (always wanted one - finally went out and bought one). The GTR has a HICAS lock bar fitted - but the HICAS warning light is constantly on - does anyone have any quick easy tips on turning this light off?
