I find it amazing that your GTR went into the same complience place as mine (but 3 weeks later) and you are driving your already......my black GTS-t has been down there for almost 6 weeks now and i am less than impressed with the workshop. I look forward to finally taking my baby away from those "people" and getting it on the road. but hey, congrats on the GTR they sure are a bit of fun! haro

Hi mate, yeah nice ride. When i went to pick up my 33 GTS-t from the docks in Brisbane the bloody warfies had flogged heaps of stuff from my baby also. They took my Double Din Kenwood Stereo (MD / CD), gear knob (apexi), genuine skyline floor mats, driving lights and my racing pedals. And my tyres had those lil nobbly bits on them that they seem to get after a nice burn-out. I was less than impressed thats for sure. Patricks said that only the whole car is insured (if ship sinks) and that additional cover is needed if you want the other goodies covered. All my stuff was on the bill of lading but......hey....these things happen its what you may call a form of organised crime. Well thats my 2 cents, I hope everything works out for you, Haro

Hi SXE33, Sorry for the delayed reply, YES we do have a complete instrument unit found it this arvo!! It is from an R33 GTS-t i cant remember what kms it is up to, it is in good condition. Im not too sure on the "going rate" for these things so please PM me with a decent offer and we will see how we go. As for the blade alternatives.....sure can mate, we have already done a carbon one (looks sexy) , twin blade alloy shouldn't be a problem. I have to say i was very impressed with my maiden voyage!! The GTR i was passenger in sure had some pull thru those twisties and a few of the straights!! (It is for sale by the way ) Good to meet the crew. Pity about the split group but such is life. And as for the speeding ticket...110 in a 70 pulled over by a police dog unit (dont know if they had a radar or what, kev didnt see any reading....) Maybe i should not have even invited him BUGGER!! Thats what happens if your the 1st or the last in the pack i suppose. I look forward to the next adventure. Haro

Well i have to say that i and the group of friends i went with to this years drag combat were very dissapointed with the entire event. With a whole 80 or so competing cars in the drag events i think it would have been more entertaining watching the test and tunes on wednesday nights. Sure it was a warm day to say the least but i suppose thats what you get for orgainising an event at Willowbank in the summer, what do they expect? . As for the $30 flat fee admission fee....... very rough! The day was a stinker with a bizmal turn out of people and cars (both racers and show) definately the 1st and last time i GEE myself up for drag combat. Mind you i do applaude the efforts of the people who didnt ***** out because of the heat and still made the effort to show up......pity there wasn't more of us. my 2 cents..... As for your question regarding wear on the wheel itself, it is pretty shmick actually, a very very small amount of wear, but it isnt "peeling to buggery" thats for sure. Hi Chaos! To be honest mate, i have no idea if the GTR suspension will lower the ride height let alone if it is possible..... can anybody help us? -------------------------------------------------------------------------- To Prank, I tried to attach some pics of the tyres and wheels but they are too big. The Tyres are Brand New and the brand is "Marshall", Model is "Matrax Tx". Worth about 300 each. Hi sidewaymambo! i dont have any pics of the GTS-t steering wheel, but it is the standard NON-AIRBAG steering wheel from a 33. Also in very good nick. Still askin 100 (ish). Am happy to post interstate at buyers expense if needed. Let me know if u are keen. Hi Sentric dancer, The prices will come to you as soon as i know them myself...early next year. To 51jay and Neil, Cheers for your advise guys (no offence taken) , i am aware of the GTR and GTST difference and thats why we are planning on making a few changes here and there....once the first is done, we begin the task of fine tuning so it can fit the GTST easier (using mine as the test dummy). I realise many of the users here do not know me, but im not here to stuff anybody around...im just letting u know my intentions and if people are keen please let me know.
