Well i think the front pipe and dump pipes would change the way it sounds lol. But i think the sound would have to be more varied with the Mufler/Cannon or whatever, not 100% sure

You can do that but one day if you are called for a Full EPA you will not pass as the engine is older than the car. Guess thats the only downfall but hey, how often are you called for a full EPA? lol
