    My guess is crook fuel pump leaning the mixtures off enough to make more power.

    I was wondering what else I should be comparing with the 2530s I wanna get, Does anone know what else is close to the same size from garret or anyone etc? Thanks for the help.

    what abuot using R33 GTST synchros? AFAIK they are pretty much the same, save for the attessa bits hanging off

    I doubt it will be easy at all. look for some replacement FRP ones somewhere, jetspeed I think has them but may only have front fenders

    Jap tuning is shit. very few shops have A/F ratio meters let alone a dyno, so everything is overfueld. my guess is thats your problem you didnt just dyno for power did you?

    The skyline will use more fuel cos it makes more power and bigger engine.

    should have got better mileage then that from a stock 33, is it tuned properly? (closed loop) To answer your question, if your worried about fuel consumption. Sell you GTR. Its all in how you use the accellerator.

    I was thinking 35-40 myself, cant get a much better base then a 34 26
