Im in adelaide is that close enough?????? Really I use tolive in Newcastle and now in Adelaide and NOW moving back to Sydney for work haaaaaaaaaa! Cruzed around newcastle a few years ago in my red r33 gtst with South Australian number plates and only seen 2 skylines i could not wait to get back to adeliade to get my import intake, bla bla any way will bring the GTR to Newcastle to see the folks and bring out for a drive to meet some of you lot as I need to make new friends. Any back to the real question and answer as most know doing up a import is not that hard for bang for bucks . I reckon Full exhaust and i mean turbo back you lose around 20+ kw if you leave the standard front pipe on and only put a cat back exhaust so do it right if you can and do the whole lot in one hit . Next if you have standard air box leave it as this is the best unless you like the sucking noise just replace the filter to a K&N style this reduces heat and allows good air flow with cleaner air. Front mount dont need to go stupid in size look into it GTR intercoolers are a good option but notthe best and if you look hard enough you will find cheaper. Final is a boost controller i use to have a AVCR i loved it not saying this is the best but it looked good too. with this and a good dyno tune should see your self between 220 and 250rwkw just my thoughts. Want to go nuts on mod your car go to the extream pull the motor out put a RB30 bottom end with your rb25 head power fc which you will need and a 3540 turbo larger injectors bigger fuel rail forged pistons etc list goes on plus will almost need a application for a personal loan. Hi We have always driven our cars over but I can find out price to frieght over. We will be living on the north side of Sydney around Chatswood/ Horsnby area. How bad is defecting over there as it has killed adelaide we really have to watch our backs here there is not alot of places to hang out were the cops wont come and move you on or bother you?

Well drift sil80 I dont think you are adults at all and that it couldnt of been resolved because it shouldnt of happened in the first place people heard the owner of the supra and his mates say" why dont you pick on the other cars parked here" so are you saying they are liars. Plus the cops would of left us alone cause they had other things to do and they only picked on the supra cause the security gaurd told him to move his car and he wouldnt. So he went and whinged to the cops. Im not going to split hairs, what happened at shell was wrong and just to let everyone know its a meeting place so we can get everyone together to go for a cruise. My problem is that you pointed to other people minding there own business to save yourself we all run the risk owning a import but it doesnt help with people like the supra owner and his mates!!!!!!!!!

Hey My mate had his 180 sx done not that long ago at impressive paint and panel up in Golden Grove they did an excellent job and are recommend by tillbrooks. I had some work done by them on my 180 aswell and they look after me. Thats my plug

Yeah Nightcrawler we are 99% sure thats the supra but it was night time and I only saw one side of the car. But in all my years of being a cruiser which is about 7 years now not once have I ever heard or seen anyone get defected at Shell. We liked hanging out there it was like a safe haven but you still saw everything going on but now there is no were to go anymore and we dont like hiding away. Both of are cars arnt defectable by Regency standards but that doesnt matter to the cops cause if they want to get you they will. My car has been thru not that long ago but the cop gave me a warning on my number plate and to low but by regency its fine. So if this guy didnt open his mouth the cops wouldnt of thought that they had to prove a point . Cheeky im not sure why we are getting cracked down on so hard cause we have been to Sydney about a month ago and the cops left us alone unless someone is being stupid. We cruised in Newcastle and all the time we were there I didnt see one defect station or coppers looking for people to bust ......... I think that the police in this state need to learn what they are looking at and that there attitude suxs because you drive a nice car but the cops are blaming the Fast and the Furious movie and P platers that copied it........
