Forgot to reply sorry. taken from my blog: "Finally a service was done on the ol’ RB25 to make sure it’s ready for a thrashing. The car idles rough on idle and has a hard time starting when cold. So I thought instead of ripping the solenoids apart for a clean I’d give this stuff a try. The car did run much smoother after spraying the engine cleaner into the RB25. It helped with my rough idle and oddly enough, it didn’t hit R&R when I was running 12psi for a day or so. Though cold start is still bad so I’ll need to pull the sensor apart and give it a thorough clean." Car runs smoother then it did before, didn't get away with being lazy though so gotta take cold start apart and clean it. Though I didn't spray into the AAC hoses and cold start solenoid hoses. Just vac lines off the plenum/TB.

The time has come for our humble Lancer to go to a new home. It has been a great run around for nearly 2 years now. But we are looking to purchase a wagon. So here's a quick run down on it: 1997 Lancer MR 1.8 litre engine, only the MR came with this engine. 5 speed manual 19xxxxkms 15 inch Nemoto mesh wheels 1 month old tyres BC Coilovers JVC headunit Poineer sub and amp 6 months registration full log book up to 150,000kms Great reliable car, has never missed a beat. Recently serviced (uses Castrol Magnatec 10-40w). Purchased off a close friend who had no issues with it either. Has been awesome. There are some scratches and dings present, typical for a car it's age. The paint work is in great condition and would look like new with a good detail/buff. Interior is top notch, no cracks, missing panels, rips or tears in the fabric etc. It's like new. We have a few spares that will come with the car, like standard wheels, suspension, steering wheel and we even have a tow bar for it. I believe it's rated to 500kg. It has roughly six month registration too. We are willing to let the car go for $5000 or nearest offer. We are not interested in trades/swaps nor stripping parts off the car. Please don't contact me expecting this. We are located in Liverpool region, Western Sydney. To organise an inspection, you can contact me on zero41zero651989. I work 11am-7pm shifts weekdays so you can call and leave a message if I don't answer, or send me a text (much easier for me to reply via text during these times). Thanks, Adam.

ALL GOOD THINGS COME TO AN END - VIEW ON THE BLOG I’m sure word has travelled across the internet, that the Stagea has recently gone to a new home. While I was undecided whether to part ways with it or not over the course of a few months, I finally decided the time had come. Everyone remembers my horrible R33 skyline that f**ked my life. Well I’ve still been trying to recover from the debts that it put me in. Whilst if I was smart enough I shouldn’t have built the Stagea as quick as I did. But not having something to track for so long really got to me. I think about it sometimes and regret using the money I got back from parting out the Skyline, to build the Stagea to a degree. But hey, you can’t change the past. Anyway, along with that I’ve got other things going on which quite frankly are more important than a piece of metal on wheels. With all that said, it wasn’t an easy decision. I had never intended to sell the Stagea and if I wasn’t stuck in the rutt that I’ve been in for a while then it would still be in my possession. I guess what gets to me the most is that it was oh so close to being ‘complete’ but I guess that is part of the parcel. The new owner, Brad contacted me soon after I had advertised it for sale, we teed up to meet on Saturday. The cash was handed down, and the papers were signed. The Stagea was no longer mine. Brad vowed to take good care of it, and I believe him. I’m glad it has gone to a good home where some will appreciate it for what it is. Maybe one day when I have my priorities right and a wad of cash burning in my pocket, I’ll build another Stagea. Cya later LOLVO!
