cogs the boost gauge requires a vacuum line to be plugged in to the rear of the gauge and the oil temp has that single long wire with the sensor attached (can see in the second pic)

Mechanical Gauges in good condition few scratches but non on glass. Black face with light Boost gauge reads to 1.7 Bar has nipple on the back as well as two wires for light Oil temp gauge reads to 180 degrees celcius comes with approx 2m length temp sensor line with sensor attached and two wires for light. RIP to the innocent passenger, and condolences to her family. I am a young driver myself and having owned a few sh*theaps with LSD's i can safely say for the first 2 years i was driving i do not understand how i am still here other than God smiling down on me and preventing my stupidity turning into a fatality or two. That being said, I beleive that as VICRoads did in the 70's "Dead Right" Campaign if any of u know it, they have the power to instill some common sense into people, but are far too concerned atm with the statistical number of deaths on the road. Look at the "Powernap Campaign" they spend sh*tloads on the marketingt on TV and Trailer Ads on the freeways. If they spent a considerable sum on defencive driving and tought drivers how to react to traffic conditions "example what wqas said regarding reading traffic ahead by 30-50m not 5m" and how to steer the car out of under/oversteer. Its sad to say but "drifting" in wet conditions has tought myself and many friends how to drive. Now if a car looses the tail end i wont freek out and cause what could easily be fixed by slight correctional countersteer turn into a huge accident. People generally dont know how to drive a car let alone how to react to these types of situations. Hope they start to teach drivers how to actually "Drive a Car" in stages rather than letting us cut loose on the roads with minimal driving experience. My Peice said and done. Congrats on a sweet project there mate, looks a treat. once you have them finished i will more than likely add my name to the buyers list Jsut a thought from a designers point of view, if possible reverse the display and put a mirror onto it and have it reflect onto the windscreen similar to the HUD, this is probably the safest method of display from a drivers point of view, i think the focused viewing angle for human eyes is 60 degrees so as long as its within that the driver will not be looking too far out of there viewable range.

I recently had my motor go (rb26) and was wondering for reliable streetable performance what figures etc i should be looking for, and what kind of parts i will need to fit to get max reliablity and decent usable power. I have like everyon seen the mines r34gtr and the way it revs, is this possible to make that type of revviness with mild mods. I am after good reliability good streetable feel max 600hp for now 400hp motor that can handle snail upgrades later on but just drive as standard for now. the car is a r32 gtr and as far as i am aware i am running the stock 05U block with pretty much everything standard.

Mate sounds like the head is starved from oil before there is enough oil pressure, could be what everyone else has posted but also worth getting it checked to make sure the oil galleries which lube the cams is not slightly clogged. Best case you will need the rocker cover off and get the lines cleaned.
