  9. He also added to his sig mod list that he has a Excedy "Heavey Duty Racing Clutch" after I started calling his car pretty stock...lol
  10. indeed....thats why he street races with other "fellow racers" yo at teh secret spots yo!! because it's way to risky to go to the track..cops will write down your number plate and fine you when you go to maccas...and he'd be screwed HES RUNNING 11PSI and keep this on the down low but I think he said he has a PFC and maybe hes hollowed his cat out ZOMG!!!ONE111!1!1!SHIFTONE!!! Biggest rebel on here.
  11. Yep 11PSI, so he says "CLEARLY he has more mods than an exhaust and pod" but he doesn't talk about his mods, because thats what stupid ppl do who get caught by the police
  12. rofl @ Series II in Noels thread...man he's definately going to get defected..his car is so modified..HE RUNS 11PSI EVERYDAY OMGWTFWOW!!!ONE!!1!1 standard cars do that. He cracks me up, but I cbf replying anymore, he doesn't understand.
  13. Series II believe what you want but "Jasma" stamped exhausts mean ABSOLUTELY nothing! Nor does anything else. You WILL still be fined. Sure cops hang around track days etc sometimes...so what....deal with it. Your "secret squirrel" spots that you race are probably as well known to the cops as qr. I've been to the track numerous times and NEVER been fined in cars that WERE illegal and actually modified, no mod plates for anything (high mount turbo etc) and atmo venting screamer pipe and straight through exhaust....bottom line is it all comes down to luck of the draw. Like James said, you can hide at home or come to the realisation that you drive a sterotyped "hoon" car and the police will probably fine you for driving it, illegal or not. Meh each to their own, i'm not saying i've never street raced, far from it. Just saying that it IS safer and wiser to take it to the track. lol i'm not going to comment any further on modifying cars and getting caught by police or taking it to the track..this seems to be going in circles and it's been covered a million times before. Besides Series II, you have nothing to worry about defect wise, your car is all legal from what I can see in your sig mod list so I don't think the police will be pulling you over at Maccas and asking you to remove anything...except maybe your pod if it isn't secure.
  14. Series II: What you said is obvious, anyone who knows anything is aware that going to the track isn't all about power but suspension setup (amongst many other things) as well. This can be learnt from books. However, I find it hard to see what side of the story you are arguing. You say you race a fellow racer (I presume on the street). How is this better than racing at a track? It only makes things more illegal and enhances the possibility of being fined. You then say, don't go to tracks as it draws attention to yourself...well...yes but diving a skyline draws attention to yourself. Surely racing at a track will draw less attention than racing on the street. "I have a moded car...daaaaaar" When James was talking about modified cars I think he was talking about ones that have a little more than an exhaust and a pod hence the fact you will attract defect fines and he is spot on with saying if you don't want fines don't modify your car, in fact, don't buy the car at all. Be as careful as you like, you'll still get fined for something one day. As for true racers rocking up on trucks. Only a small percentage of race cars (at normal track days) will rock up on a flat bed, heaps of the fastest track/drag cars are street driven to and from the event (although sometimes with new parts through breakage).
  15. really??
