depends on the format... ive seen some as small as 100 MB, ones as large as 800 MB... i assume they are DVD quality, i want to burn it on DVD coz that movie is so kool. Saw it in the cinema and that would sound nice on my theatr system

id say ~$17,000... not highly modified, possibly wound back (most are) you should compare with examples from prestiege motorsport and maybe add 1-2k... find one that has been sold already recently matching your specs and compare... have you considerd importing one through an importer/broker?

ive seen some decent (i use the term loosely) R32 GTST's on prestiege motorsport an jspec for around 10k but they basically all had 100,000 km + (and that was probably wound back). Domestically, your only option is an R31 for that kinda price, if your really lucky u could find an R32 gts for that price but that probably a long shot in itself.

nah... deadening is probably not a good option... its more of a complete job... you either do everything or nothing, no half assed attempts. As you stated, your not entering any comps, so i wouldnt worry about it.

its a combination of both car and driver. If schuey was put in a Mclaren he would probably still win, but not by as much. Look at it this way, some people say its the car that makes schuey win, but if it was only the car why does he get 1-2 seconds a lap on barichello if barichello drives exactly the same car. The same thing work for people who say that he is the guy winning, not the car. If he was in a jag or a minardi i doubt even he could win. In conclusion, i think its just the combination of both the best driver and car...

hmmm... what i dont understand, even when barichello has a lighter fuel load, he sitll has slower qualifying times than schuey with a normal load. A standard pit stop takes approx 26 secs (including drive-in and out) so it might be worth it. Maybe ferrari use it so barichello can hold off the rest of the field while schuey gets away, and they need barichello in 2nd to do that, dunno.

i dont understand why barichello uses the 3 stop strategy so often, obviously he didnt deliberately use it in italy, but he has used it several times this season

GTT is out of the question with those options... id prefer the R33 GTR but that doesnt seem worth it at that price if its a weekender... i agree with almost everyone else here, the 32 GTR will cause just as much humiliation to the commodores but at a lower price... If your budget is as big as your suggesting, then wait for the SEVS approval... you could get an 89 GTR under 15 year rule but with your budget its not worth it, a 94 R32 GTR would be best in my opinion

go for 2 12inch alpine type R subs if you want to stick with alpine... they have very low enclosure requirements when compared to other brands so could save space
