  1. sorry guys, i havent been able to get pics or details today. N1 was closed today for some reason... ??? However, I will chase it up on monday and post up the details.
  2. tk80 - PM replied Nismo32R - these are made in Taiwan. N1 Distribution are backing these coilovers with a 1 Year limited warranty which will cover you if the dampers leak. They will replace the FULL set of coilovers if they leak - NOT just the single damper which is leaking. And i will try to get some pics tomorrow. I forgot to mention that if there is anyone who is interested from interstate, u'll need to pay for shipping. and before anyone asks, i have no idea how much interstate shipping will cost. 3jai - i'll find out those details for you.
  3. Yes that is the car on ignition dvd. however it was the previous owner who is featured on the dvd - not me. thanks for the bump
  4. As the title says, i'm selling my rego plates: HOTR34 Price: $1000 ono. PM me if you have any questions.
  5. ***UPDATE 10/05/2005: Details have been confirmed and all interested ppl should read post #33 onwards. *** Hi All N1 Distribution (Australian distributor of C-West products) is bringing their own branded coilovers into Australia. The coilovers are available for most Japanese cars (Skylines, Silvias, Subarus, Hondas etc). The coilovers feature full height adjustability, damper adjustability (up to 16 levels depending on model), and are also available with pillowball uppermounts (at additional cost). Spring rates can be chosen between the range of 6k-13k. Minimum total order of 10 sets will secure price of $1350 each (pickup in Melbourne)! Pillowball uppermount additional $200 each. We don't need to order 10 sets for Skylines, but 10 sets in total of any cars. So if you have any friends who are interested, shoot me a PM and i'll double check which cars are available. If you purchase the N1 Coilovers, they can also fit the coilovers for you for only $80!!!! Interstate buyers please PM me to discuss shipping etc. If you have any questions, just PM me.
  6. *SOLD* I've got a set of lowered Kings Springs from R34 GT-t for sale. I believe they will also suit R33 GTS-t [according to Kings master catalogue]. They will lower the car by approx 30-40mm. They have only been used for approx 10,000km at most, and have not been used for 15 months. Looking for $150 ono. Melb buyers preferred; can send interstate at buyers expense.
  7. hey everyone can someone pls post up some pics as im planning to do this very soon; but have no idea about what i need to do (or where to look for that matter!) and has anyone done this at a workshop in melbourne? thanks
  8. well i hope this goes ahead soon, b/c i've already got a week scheduled for my car to be off the road anyway. so its perfect timing if this goes ahead. now i just need to find a reputable place in melbourne to complete the works on my auto-box.
  9. sweet... let me know if u get any details. but i had thought u werent gonna be part of the groupbuy and go direct to MV. anyways, all sounds good.
  10. im definitely interested in this aswell for my R34. but if im the only R34 owner wanting to do this, how will it work out?
  11. when does this group buy close? b/c i was already looking into possibly buying the HD system coilovers. my only concern right now is that the spring rates are stiffer than what i would prefer. for anyone else interested, here are a few details for the HR coilovers for the R34 GT-t: F: 9kg/mm R: 7kg/mm highest ride height approx 10mm lower than standard lowest ride height "slammed" (quote from otomoto)
  12. Thanks so much for your help Adz!! I only just had a chance to reply to ur PM tonight.
  13. hey adzmax, did u get my pm b/c i havent received a reply about it. thanks!!!!
  14. yes i agree. i paid dave immediately when i saw he was doing a 3rd group buy (since i was too slow for the first 2 group buys). its been over 3 months since i've paid him, and i cant believe i'm still waiting... i think the only way this matter can be resolved is if one of the other moderators tries to do something about this.
  15. i've been patiently waiting for my 3 items too.... (clear front winkers, blank key and key ring) PLEASE let us know whats happening
  16. everything has been sorted out already. thanks for all ur help ash - and sorry i've been such a pain lately. not that anyone knows me (or what car i drive), but i am still entering MAS, but just not with the SAU team. good luck to all the entrants, and im sure we'll catch up at the MAS!
  17. i have filled my application form to enter as part of the SAU team. but as Ash already knows, i'm trying to find a replacement for my car. if you would like to possibly enter your car as part of the SAU team at the last moment, now is the time to make urself known... if interested, please PM myself or ash.
  18. thanks for your feedback. but can you please keep it constructive....
  19. 'HOTR34' vic registered plates for sale. serious offers above $2500 only please. if interested, PM me (i may not reply for a few days, so please be patient)
  20. you MAY find that some dealers will ask you to sign a contract of sale before they allow you to test-drive their cars. its bloody annoying, but they need to protect themselves incase you crash their car.... kinda like the phrase: "you break it, you bought it!" anyway, good luck!
  21. my friend and i were bored tonight. so we decided to just drop by to have a look at some of the cars at the cruise tonight. we got to autobarn ringwood, and there was 1 marked cop car, and 3 unmarked cop cars which had stopped a few vehicles. and a couple cars had their bonnets open for inspection.... and i agree that mccr events/cruises are a little out-of-control. but they do sometimes bring out some sweet rides too
  22. i have a set of King springs sitting in my garage for my car at the moment. but they lowered the ride height by about 40-50mm - which wouldnt be a problem if i didnt have a very low bodykit! so now i've got what is meant to be standard springs... which seems a little odd since the front and rear are different heights... oh well... i may pop into a suspension specialist soon. thanks for ur help Bass Junky and GTTR34!
