  4. so much hassle to replace a single hose... still looks impossible to unscrew the water pipe underneath the plenum. its right next to the engine block where the thermostat is..
  5. just did a full 3" setup no muff'ler in the middle no cat, just a free flow jasma muff on the end. sounds perfect not too loud and not too shy.

  7. i would like to replace it because theres some stuff (corrosion?) thats coming out on the left side. im not sure what that is. and its getting a big bigger now.
  8. im having a hard time figuring out how to remove the small hose . removing the clamps simply wont do it. the metal cylindrical object (dont know what its called) is somewhat fixed and has a metal piping going underneath the plenum. when i traced the pipe. i found its bolted with 2 bolts under the plenum but one of them is right beside the metal piping which is connected from the thermostat or lower rad hose piping connection. do i have to remove the whole plenum or can i just remove the 2 bolts underneath the plenum(which i think is very tight spot to reach and close to impossible to unscrew )? or remove the piping for the thermostat, does that need a gasket btw if ever i remove that, would the high temp silicon gasket maker work? . need help my hose will blow pretty soon...

  10. jasma cool info. i thought its a brand as well haha. i saw it had trust written on it. with regards to the cat. i dont care if its legal or not. im looking for an optimal exhaust design flow. not too loud and not restrictive as well. how about a 3" straight deisgn no cats no mid mufflers, just a straight bellmouth muffler on the end? would that work? im only aiming around 280-300hp
  11. i just found a cam. hope this helps i think i got a old model blitz return flow. 18x12x3 no throttle lag or delay. .7 bar
  12. my stock boost gauge sometimes dies completely when driving then comes back up after a couple of minutes. could this be a faulty sensor or instrument gauge? what would happen if the stock boost sensor fails?

  14. i got a r32 rb20det, thinking of doing a 3" , no cat, and a chambered? or non chambered? resonator in the middle then a straight jasma muffler. that any good?

  16. i got a 32 gts rb20det return flow blitz kit. no need to trim anything except the stock bumper. the mounting will be tilted so that u wont have to cut the reo bar anymore and wont have to trade off the safety that the reo bar provides. i will post some pics as soon as i find my cam.

  20. got a r32 gts rb20det - pod filter, fmic blitz return flow, stock injectors and stock engine/turbo/ecu, boosting on .7 bar changed my stock fuel pump last monday when it suddenly died while driving. got a walbro 255 now question - should i upgrade to a aftermarket fuel reg or injectors or safc?
