mate of mine is a drafty duno what type but he works for one of the boat mobs draws everything from the hulls right down to cabin fitouts does caravans and campers too he recons its pretty good work plenty of different stuff and he gets to do handson every now and then too

on the way home from hockey training all sweaty and gross got pulled into a booze bus they didnt even ask if id been drinking just started straight on the car only thing they could find wrong without holding up major traffic was the number plate on the wrong side ( had just passed an inspection with it there too) so gave me a stern talking to and breath tested me ( took three tries cause of training) and sent me on my way

like all the southern beach side suburbs its stupidly windy alot of the time (try to lay a tin roof there) nice golf course tho have known people who have lived in the area and they liked it and the infastructure is starting to catchup now its really not far from the city at all 1 highway then the freeway and your there personally if i was going to buy in that sort of area id be looking a little further south like old madora

k so this probably wont help that much but most of the time with wonders like the gerkin best bet is a little diy action and a visits to your local wreckers ive fixed afew window winders (mostly on mates comos) and most of the time a little elbow grease can fix it
