well, couple have requested pics, so here they are My S2 stag with towbar ( by MAX ) towing my ceffy. It's completely standard, apart from the R34 GTR rims. tows great, don't even know it's there sometimes - plenty of power, and nice to tow with. I've previously used VZ commodore and this is a lot better (even with standard suspension) enjoy -Matt

well i've been slack... but here are pics of the car - etc new cradle/rear suspension locking washers added S14 steering rack fitted with rack end spacers and custom line steering rack urethane coupling bushes added rear cradle has been moved onto an angle for grip with drift pinapples (alloy in the rest) spring rates changed to 8kg front 6kg rear. enjoy

i found it towed exceptionally well. it has standard everything except for the 34 gtr rims. being a S2 you have the larger oil cooler standard, and i found that water temps did not budge at all even going up a steep hill at about 80km/h even with the IRS i found it didn't sag anywhere near as a VZ commodore i used to tow with.

yes... mine is on my S2 - used it to tow my cefiro out to mallala last weekend... it will be towing it out again to DA/SD on the 24th May *yes i am in adelaide

heaps more lock!!! need to get a custom line made up though now as i kinked mine

quick update i've added locking washers to the bushes in the rear cradle so now there's no flex anywhere!!! also fitted S14 power steering rack, with urethane coupler bushes - fits in nice and solid now!

Quick question... i searched and found that i need to space the CAS if i remove the cam cover, but how much???? (basically i'm getting car tuned again, as i've just had poncams fitted, and can now tune the cam gears - so for ease and less fiddling around on the dyno i will keep the cover off...) thanks -Matt

MY RB24 with GT3076r .63 IW - is making 262rwkw atm... i've got cams on the way which may push it a bit higher. I reackon this turbo with .82 exhaust housing should see 300rwkw...
