The welds are strong and over the time we have been making manifolds we have NEVER had one crack , And these manifolds are being used on Drift / Street / Drag cars. The picture of the weld showin was made for a show car to give it a cleaner look. Now in regards to the wastegate port size every one is wanting larger diameter Wg port, Tonight i will be putting together a 50mm wastegate port / pipe for the 25det manifold we make for a client in AU i will have the manifold ready in the morning and will also have the collectors tidied up. We will offer you guys the pipe diameter you require for example you want it with a 38 / 40 / 44 / 50 / mm wastegate pipe i can have it done for you within a couple of days. We will not weld the flange for your wastegate as i don't have one of every model wastegate so you can have that done on your side any exhaust shop should should do it for $20 or so. We will look into the low mount manifolds soon if there is demand to make them. As for the new manifolds it will be another 6 - 8 weeks , As i will make them all in one go All our manifolds with 38mm are in stock, i can change the pipe to suit 40, 44 , 50 mm for extra $110 au, $390 AU for the manifold modified + $70 Freight for Australia wide, Will keep you guys posted!

Hi guys, Sorry we have been flat out, As for the low mount manifold i don't think we will be making them as the demand is not very high and last time we did it sat with us for months. I will be making some new manifolds in the next few weeks, 1) No WG port option (so you can run direct off the back of the turbo or if you have a internal gate ) 2) the Collectors will be smoother and will have a better flow we already have some ideas, 3) Exhaust flange will be machined after and checked with a straight ruler for no gaps, 4) 2 options 44mm / 50mm waste gate option ( would any one need a 60mm option ? let me know prior) Any more info or adjustments let me know ! Thank's for your info guys, I will post a couple more pics up today i had one shipped to aus last night and i wanted to show you how it looks and how we packet it, From what we have seen the WG port angle / direction isn't bad but we will give the option of running larger Port Ie: 50 mm, 44mm or No WG port so you can run it off the rear of the housing of your turbo to minimize turbo creep, Sorry i have been flat out and not on the computer constantly but will keep you guys posted. Hi guys, Show us what kind if design you perfer so we can work around it, As for the previous pictures of the person who had purchased one in the past we make quiet a few and we had changed staff at the moment with much higher quality control, Each item is inspected now before dispatched by me. Your not going to get cnc'd machine collectors for the price you are paying but it will be a high quality item, I have attached a pic of the collectors above. I also advice to either get the manifold HPC coated or heat wrapped I will look forward to seeing how guys wanting the Wg port done Kam

Giday guys, Sorry has taken so long tly i am not really that great with forums but ill do my best Every one will have something to say whether it is a $1,000 manifold or $350 Manifold but before we got in this business we knew that not every one can afford to pay $1,000 for a manifold or $1900 on a turbo and this is why we came in this business line. Our products in our own opinion are value for buck and you are not going to find anything like this with a similar price , you might be able to source yourself a cheap stainless one which will crack with time and will make your car sounding like a coke can. Even if you look at our Ebay feedback you will see people are happy with what they are getting. We are constantly working on new products and the reason why we jumped on here isn't to say come buy from us but to get involved more to see what you guys want, We know you guys want to run bigger wastegates / or even have the manifold run with no WG port so you can run the WG direct from the rear of the turbo housing. So now we are going to be working on those things to provide you guys with more options, Any ways i will stop blabing and post up some pictures of the products we do.
