hey man if you can maintain it then id say go for it - all my cars have been black lol i love it, when its clean it looks boss as fck! but as mentioned im pedantic as hell but i still notice everything from little dings or swirls as they tend to show more on black cars, so going through the car wash i dunno about that.... it attracts alot of dust ill clean it take it for the day and come back and its all dust built up (does my head in ) but on a cloudy day or at night its schhhlickkkkk and scchhmickkkk! good luck with it - oh and get sunroof it makes it stand out more imo

WHOOO CHEERING turns out when I got my tyres replaced the nut from inside the wheel on the valve stem had fallin off cause the metal clank rattle... something so simple yet caused alot of stress haha happy days now...... now about that suoercharger/ tt kit

Yea spent an hr or so jacking the car up taking off the wheels checking the brakes and coilovers one of the rings was loose tightened that up and still clanking noise found a loose washer thought it was that nope!! Driving me insane hope to find it soon

Yea I know aint many open today and I dont want to drive the car in case it gets worse though it could be an easy fix aye ill bring it out when I get the chance... cheers

Its really bugging me guys.... the story is I dropped off to a panel beaters to get my front bar resprayed is there anyway they have something to do with it I.e taking off the passenger side front wheels and this maybe causing the clattering clunking metal type noise? I dunno of I cam bring ir back to them but its funny how this never occured before and after I pick my car it this happens

Hi guys just noticed a strange noise on my 2004 v35 coupe coming from the passenger side front tyre or around that area. I notice its a metal clanking noise sorta like rings clanking together at low speed more noticeable from 1st gear to 2nd its very frustrating I havent had the chance to take it to the mechanics, so any help on this would be greatly appreciated.. atm very frustrating and dont know if I should continue driving it or getting it assessed... Thats the thing how do I know where to go to in nsw? I always thought it was easier to just get an off the shelf kit if I get someone to nuild a kit whats does it entail and how much am I looking at spending? Thanks

Yea I know mate been quoted $17k driveaway on the gtm tt kit as the garage I intend to get the work done advised me they have the gtm kit as previously they had the aps which has now been discontinued.... I know a few 350z' who have had the aps kit installed there so I know the guy knows his vqs which gives me some comfort however alot of people on the zclub forum has had really bad runs with gtm where they have waited really long for the kits to be shipped and received and the lack of service when things go wrong I.e missing parts and what not but then a few places ive spoken to say the gtm kits are great so who knows now!! Was gonna get the kit myself then get the garage to install and tune now ill confirm whether they do have the kit ready in thier shop and be done with it

I wouldn't reallt know where to start hence why id prefer a shop do all the work I know you were but id rather buy brand new but thats just me... still doing the research cheers

Hey scotty yea I know just seems like there are more tts on the market rather than s/t plan is to boost the car without the engine building so low boost looking at 250-300rwkw My mates 350z has the aps tt and that kinda sold it for me but they aps dont make the tt kit anymore and the place in syd where I got a quote for advised the gtm tt kit

Yea apparently a really long wait for the items and the service is non existent with these blokes but ive done the reserch and its the only tt worthy of gettin really... apparantly the greddy don't make for rhd and hks do a kit for 350z but seems to be discontinued?? The gtm kit there has been mixed reviews Dan I think I spoke to the garage that installed ur mates 370z he said the same thing pain in the ass to fit apparantly cause he purchased lhd instead of rhd I dunno ive had mixed reviews some say its a great kit others not so good so kinda on thr fence on this... thanks for the thread spoke to matt from east coast customs as well great bloke very helpful gave me his opinion on supercharging the v but at the end of the day tt looks the way for me potential for bigger power and dat boost kick

Hi guys I have a 04 coupe and wanted to know if anyone has bc coilovers installed with the damper control setting on the top. Problem is I purchased a strut bar from ebay and it doesnt fit because the bracket hits the top of the damper button. Is there anyone out there who has a strut fitted with bc coilovers that clear the damper button and also if you have a plenum spacer does it clear the bonnet or engine cover needs to be removed? fyi the highway patrol cars (fpv wiith worked engine?) the cops used for pr and community work, fcked up cause an officer filled it up with e10 bhahahah cost them $5k to fix up the engine

Hi Scotty, Dont much about these, what brand are they and anything i will need in addition to fit in the v35? will it be a straight bolt on kit or? and how much am i looking at $$? so the hks supercharger are centrifugal? only reason i wanted to go with a blower is because it was bolt on and no fabrication needed. Hey man I bought a new unit at the wreckers and tried plugging it in that one same thing happens light turns on when I press the buttons but when I open doors it still dont work im just gonna leave em cant be arsed anymore lol thanks 4 the input guys

Bc coilovers man...they are good for the price yea ive had to change twice was fully sick low first time second time I think still abit too low scraping here and there worse with full car load...bloody annoying I like the look but function wise not so good

Hi guys please give opinions on what perfect ride height would be for the following specs 19x9.5 and 19x11 I have coilovers and atm the rears the guards are even or just a tad lower than tyres sorry no pics atm....dilemma is at this current height it looks really good but gettin sick of scraping over every bump and my exhaust catches over dips I was wondering how much should I raise before it looks funny as in 4x4 spec? I want the balance between looks but also function.... Cheers
