I think the rb30det will be too high to fit in my engine bay. Its tight squeeze with rb25, i think rb30 block is about 1" higher

Mase - Yes I'm doing the conversion myself. I will get help with the wiring from a mate who has done rb20 conversion, so that shouldnt be hard. 2.5k all up sounds fair for rb20 costs, but im putting a rb25 in, there is no use getting rb20 over sr20. Ben
