Ah - the Evade! Snowy and I had a good chat with the guy at the motorshow. How did it run? Back in March he'd never actually driven it in anger (which seems silly for a development car). I hope he has it a bit more sorted now.

Nah - that's a 57. And yeah, hideous. If you're dropping over $800k on a land-yacht, why in hell would you look past a Phantom? Especially since when you roll up at the bowls club in a Maybach, people just think your Merc has been badged.

The Shell roadhouse on the Hume Highway at Donnybrook has now closed (as of today, 22nd June). This was a standard SAU Team meet point for trips north to Heathcote, Shepparton, Winton and even Sydney. Let's all remember the dodgy bacon & egg rolls and seemingly constant freezing winds with a moment of silence... For cruise/convoy organisers - time to find a new meeting place!

Yep - there's a few here. This one on Church St last month...

Over here you're more likely to see it on a Smart or Hiace than an 'R. That said - $10 says the first tuner cars to use this as a customisation option will be Autosalon specials, rather than enthusiast/club cars. -- Chrome vinyl wrap on the ex-FnF R34 GT-R... but forget Slylines - nice satin black wrap on the Mansory Conquistador

I remember some years ago, a very confused Ash and Noof trying understand the humor of extraordinary magnitude as Snowy and I rolled around with hysterics in anticipation of the jokes ahead. It needs total concentwation. Ah - happy days...

Are you dressing up as biker-nun again Juz?

Is AB's car. They needed 6-drivers to fill the GT3/RSCS category for full championship points to be awarded, and only 5 had entered. So... Weather was mixed, but I did well - as fast in the wet as some were in the dry. AB is an excellent steerer - impressive handbrake skills - but there was a 993 RSCS that might pip him for 1st. I could be as high as 3rd - not bad for a hack
