  1. The shaft and wheels are not balanced on the chinese ones, they only work for the shortest amount of time and then thay crap themselves. XS power, revised not too nice at all check the thraeds below,I did.... scary shit!! Eye opener, thanks for the links maximumrpm kinda glad i looked.
  2. on the rb25det you could put it in the pcv inlet to the plenum.
  3. pm me, my reli's in randwick may take her. does she get on with other dogs and cats(not a staffy strong point I know),have 2 myself and would recommend the breed to anyone.
  4. I'll take 1 too.
  5. Nissan FAST data base will tell all. ask if someone has it installed and give them your #'s there is a thread on this SEARCH is your friend....
  6. Thanks for clarifying that SK. I was sure your eagle eye would catch that and correct me if need be and inform us of your experience with hi flo cats
  7. Sydneykid said he used a 4" hi flow cat on a 3 or 3.25" exhaust with no power loss. As for not having a cat in your exh. it's no good for your bank balance "if" you get busted and does greenhouse effect mean anything to you enviro-rapists??
  8. I'll give you $45 for the actuator, pics please. cheers.
  9. That seem like a death machine...gimme one for thrashing round on the nice deco roads round here!!!
  10. If the timing belt, idler and tensioner bearing weren't done at 100,000km then service manual says do these things, gearbox and diff fluids. Check water pump for any signs of fatigue if any replace(saves you having to pull eng. apart later from shagged w/p). hope that helps.
  11. S1 R33 grille would be required here.
  12. This thread rocks, Thanks heaps to host and all contributors!!!
  13. Does the R33 have the same protection,i.e, rich and retard if I pull to much fuel with DFA? Have no dyno around,I but have data scan. An LM-1 A/F meter coming. so reading air/fuel and engine stats is soon no problem.
  14. Did a search heres what you want, easy to get to not likely!!!
  15. V8 bogan's don't have the mental capacity to comprehend how they could be beaten by a jap car, so to keep their igrorance from being questioned and ommit the beast.
  16. HPR15 & 30,000 k's no problems but oil & filter have been changed every 5 thou., on 33 and 90,000km & no prob's on 32
  17. Impakt does it read knock sensor values? if so,I am interested
  18. So SK if I use the dfa, iebc, LM-1 a/f meter & Nissan data scan with laptop, will I be able to read knock, is it accurate enough for safe tuning. CHEERS!
  19. MONZA make them cheap(and shiney). I bought a square power steer can and modified it to be a 100% plumb back catch can it has a removable top, total fitted cost with DIY mods is $102.95, so I now have a budget can which has a drain bung with tap under the car and a removeable top and baffled with s/steel wool stuffed in a stocking which can be replaced by removing 4 hex head bolts....easy as drainage and maintenance. I'll post pics when I get the film on CD and maybe a DIY using monza p/s can.
  20. I own 2 skylines and live in a country hole with 99.9% V8 lovers and some drive really quick ie 11 &12 sec V8's which are awesome bigarse cars, but I'm the 0.1% who has seen the light. Cornering, braking, balance, build quality and appointments is where my $15-20 thou cars have it hands down on any aussie built beast.
  21. is front bar type M if so ill take it. will you ship to qld COD? Pic's of it and grille please to [email protected]
  22. It may be the R33 skyline has a larger hole as i got 14psi on my boost gauge +7 on the stock one with that mod,. see last post.
  23. Have purchased the iebc, dfa & h/c kits will build when spare time is not like rockinghorse shit. The restrictor on my 33 was 1.7mm (1.5&1.6mm drill passed through the hole &1.8mm no go) made 14psi,not for long. Soldered and redrilled 1.5mm & got 10psi spike and 8-9psi depending on load(flat ground or uphill). Do I need to resolder and drill it 1.25mm for iebc?
  24. would the location of the wastegate signal source position drawn in the pic. attached be damaging to my turbo. I have fmic with pipe crossing over top of eng and boost feed to wastegate comes from bottom pipe(compressor outlet to intercooler).this is on my series1 R33. Info would be appreciated. Cheers!
