  1. Met Lance at a collingrove hill climb and helped him with a few things early on in his GTR ownership. Top guy and i am blown away by this as have run into him a couple of times since then. My condolences go out to the family and friends. Sorry for the late reply i don't get on very often anymore.

  6. last time this happened it ended in tears for a few of our members, so not sure you are going to get much interest.
  7. If i was you i would sell your 34 and look towards something like Fishpaste's car if he has not sold it yet. It is a little more expensive but such a nice car.

  9. That was Tony Quinn and he borrowed the Just Jap R32 GTR Tarmac Car and was running second outright when a turbo let go and caused an engine fire. He was about a km from the end of the final stage when it happened and as a result a DNF. Then when it was on the back of the truck it caught fire again as it was being trucked back to the service park so know bonnet, electrical and other unknown are a bit stuffed. I guess it is now between Tony and Just Jap to come to an arrangment to have the car fixed up. My Brother in law was the navigator in this car.
  10. Yeah, sorry Matty i was wrecked as I do the morning feeds on the weekends and do not go back to sleep. Work all week and go to bed late then up at 4 or 5 on weekends to do morning feeds is not working well for me. Didnt help i had a Bucks Night Saturday and even pulled the pin early on that, so i could get home to get some sleep. I was up at 4 on Sunday to do a feed but in no condition to come on the criuse unfortunaltley.
  11. if you do not choose to run an oil cooler make sure you take some oil with you on the day and when you get to the track overfill your oil this will help prevent a spun bottom end bearing. I would personally not go out to the track without one.
  12. Kuhmo KU36's are worth a look as well a fair few people ran them last track day and were quite happy. Just make sure you lower your tyre pressures down to about 30psi, it took me three sessions to get this right and i was running street tyres. My tyres were overheating and feeling squirmy after three laps. Reduced the psi and was doing 6 laps confortably. Was running Michelin pilots for reference.
  13. Scandy, Have you tried MSY Computing 32GB SDHC = $49 msy.com.au
  14. the wait is on for my new Samsung Galaxy S2. It arrives sometime next week
  15. just a remeinder i have my blitz twin plate (ORC) up for sale still. It is a push type so it will suit 32R Great for thrashing and still drivable day to day. only done 5000km and it is going cheap Sorry to the mods but i am keen to sell and have had no interest as far and the posts above were discussing clutches.
  16. Cheers Andrew, i know about those ones and have sent my friends emails on both cars. Was kinda hoping there were other people that were thinking about selling that have not advertised as yet or anybody that knows of someone that is considering selling there M35. I am definetley pushing them towards BoostedR's car as i know he looks after his cars but they make the final decision.
  17. anybody selling an M35 Stagea as i have friends that are in the market for one at the moment?
  18. R34 driver side guard in KH4 paint only.
  19. Only reason for pulling this out was not enjoyable in crawling peak hour and put a single in to make it easily daily driveable and so the wife could drive the car too. It was great in flowing traffic and never gave me any issues at all. Great for someone that wants to go to the track with there car and wants something guaranteed to stand up to abuse. Thanks Beer as it helps my cause to sell this clutch when somebody else also give it the vote of confidence.
