RB30E R31 Ausdel Big Cam, Shaved head, Link ECU Hey Guys, I have recently started to mod my NA RB30E R31 Skyline. It is my daily driver, and my work commuter. I own Proximity Motorsport in Mackay, and I also contract out to the mines, and drive over 1000KM each week I work out of town. So this car needs to be reliable, and fun. We operate the Whitsunday Drift events up here too, and this car gets hired out for people to thrash for 1 hour periods. Recently I upgraded from the Nistune ECU to a Link ECU. With the upgrade came a Comp Cams 285 Degree cam and 80 thou off the head. Here are some pics of how we clearanced the pistons for valves. A little agricultural, but this is a budget build too. Hey guys, been lurking here for awhile! Basically I'm looking at getting a custom one piece tailshaft made up, the guys done some work for r32's etc but I'd be the first for an r31! I don't know much about the nitz and gritz in terms of measurements etc when it comes specifically to tailshafts, spline counts and other things relating. Basically I am going with a company called Gibsons, located up in New Castle NSW - fabricated from scratch. I have a forum to fill out online that I need to email to him but I have no idea if I've filled it correctly. If someone is able to fact check me please, I would be greatly appreciative! Hell, I'll buy ya a pizza via paypal haha! The forum is located below, this is what I've filled out so far! http://www.gibsondriveshaft.com.au/assets/gds-mg-1-4-1-piece-new-slip-yoke-rear-flange-type-pinion.pdf RB30e gearbox to an automatic diff, stock rb30 motor. (just finished my manual conversion, needing the tailshaft to move her now :P) Thanks in advanced!!

Clutch fork/Slave cylinder issue Hey guys, So i blew up the 20DET box that was in my Cef and managed to Get a 30e box for cheap from a guy i know. The problem I'm having at the moment is after bolting all the 20DET bits to the gearbox the slave cylinder push rod doesn't line up with the dimple in the clutch fork. The push rod sits right at the end of the fork almost half off the end of it like the slave cylinder is spaced too far out from the gear box. I've had a good search and google and can't find anything, anyone got any ideas? Thanks in advance I'll dedicate the first skid to you if you can solve it
