HKS Cam gears

What performance increase (for example, less lag, or better mid range, shit like that) do you notice if you install the HKS ajustable cam gears on the exhaust side only?

I think we have discussed this a number of times, so it may be worth doing a search.

About 6-8rwhp gain by doing the exhaust cam gear, should be around 4deg retard. Slightly less lag, but better if you did both, gains in both torque and power are achievable, but depends on who tunes it.
