biggest treads on 18s

ive got 18x17.5 on my 33 gtst with 235s all round

just wandering whats the biggest tires i can get on these rims and what effects would it make on handling?

what would the best combo be?

18x17.5!!! Wow, you won't get much bigger than that!

I run 18x8.5 with 265s, needed to roll the guards for them to fit, r33 gtst

If ya got 235 tyres are you sure you got 17.5 width wheels? R U sure you don't have 7.5s?

I am running 265s on the back and 235s on the front. I reckon its a good combo for someone who doesn't like to drift round EVERY corner. Could traction = quick starts.

If ya want good drift action you can't go past stockies!! :lol:

whats size r ya wheels? cn u get bigger on 7.5 than 235s

and if so, is it better to leave the fronts 235 and just get bigger treads on the back?

I've got the same, different front to back, 235 and 265. Great traction, downside is you can't rotate them back to front.

No, rears are 8.5 (265) front are 7.5 (235). While you can fit larger rubber to some extent I think 265 on 7.5in is too far.

yeh i rekn too, u reckn u could get 245 0r 255 on?
