Have found out on further examination that head unit been jemmied and bent part to get cd in/out so can't change cd's at all. Hopefully can get put back in place. As pissed off as I am with the mechanic knowing that the thief will get a slap on the wrist at court pisses me off even more. It's almost as if the laws protect C%^% like this.

The car should of been locked away while it was in his care. I say they are responsible. Duty of care if you ask me.

unfortunately you are right...

they do get just a slap on the wrist and get back out there and do it all over again meanwhile honest working taxpayers like us get shafted with every cost on this cycle...
