Boost Woes!

got an r33 gtst (95 m type series 1.5) and i have got a K&N pod, super dragger (HKS) zorst and a dr drift bleed valve boost controller, everything else is bog stock, and i cant get my boost to go higher than 9.5 psi, i checkde for kinks, i wound it right in and it goes to 7 psi thenn i wind it right out and it goes to 9.5 but wont go any higher, no major spiking at all, no detonation, no pinging just nicely sits at 9,5 and stays there, only thing i havent checkd is the length of the tub to the valve and the resitrctor inside the tubing, any suggestions ? im hoping its just a faulty valve but i dunno what u guys think ?

Have you tried winding the boost controller all the way to open and seeing if it goes past that?

Honestly sounds like either the Dr Drift Bleed Valve is hooked up wrong or the Bleed Valve is Faulty.

turned out it was installation and the t piece aint big enough
