No motor is still original and strong. Great compression tests, also becausevspec r32's came with the steel turbines in the turbos, there are no leaks at all.

Had them looked at last month.

Car has only driven about 400 kms in 18 months.

bump

mate you were going good until the stupid post of bump and then the price drop. You cheapened yourself and your car.Everyone does it and its so irritating.First the spill about how you dont want to sell it,then how rare and collectable it is,then the price, then the price drop. Its just so predictable.Leave it at 38k or just write the real price you want. Now all the forum users will wait untill next week and see your next price drop and so on and so on.Thats why the ass is dropping out of the price of them.No one has the guts to name there price and wait or be patient.Ive read guys here asking 32k for gtrs and a week later its 26k.Just so stupid. We can all see it coming from the minute it goes up for sale.

Paul - For a $2000 loss, it brings it into the reach of more people, like me. What i hate is people saying "i want to sell this car" and then not budge on the price. It goes both ways. And it's up to the seller.

I need to save a bit more, but if it's still around in a few weeks, i'll be looking at it very seriously.

Will not drop the price below $36K. Have had some interest, but no genuine buyers. I can wait. Car is being advertised in Unique cars next month. If I dont sell it hear, it will sell.

NOW THATS MORE LIKE IT.BEST OF LUCK.

No interest in buying (I already have enough Skylines) but just to clarify for possible buyers who may be misled. V-specs never in any model had steel turbine wheels, but have ceramic turbines, and are therefore just as likely to fail without notice as non V-spec. N1's in 32 and 33 have steel wheels and 34 N1's have Inconel turbines and ball bearing centres. That said, good luck with the sale

Nick, this is not about discussion but false advertisement. Anyone who has been on here a while knows only N1 turbos have steel or inconel turbines as stock fitment. There is no difference between standard and V-spec turbos on the different models.

Enjoy your reading KBNR32.

So you are quoting yourself. All correct except the turbos mate. Again, good luck on the sale but be honest on the turbos.

Maybe you can post the turbo part numbers.

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
