Any Common Problems?

I am about to buy a r33 skyline and just want to know if there are any common problems i should be aware off or to look out for. I know the odvious things to check for as i am a mechanic. In general i want to know common problems. Any help would be great thanks.

Sometimes the rear tyres wear out...its weird, but happens randomly.

Also the petrol gauge on mine seems to go down rather quickly and i have to continually fill it....really annoying.

Other than that i'd just say have a browse around the forums and see what people are writing about. this topic has been covered a fair bit
